UK Police Intel Expert: Government, Not Islam, Real Terror Threat

“Terror threat is in UK Government” (Video Interview)

By Nick Kollerstrom

Tony Farrell had been employed for twelve years as ‘Principle Intelligence Analyst’ for South Yorkshire Police, 13th largest of the 44 police forces in the UK. His job involved producing a yearly ‘Strategic Threat Assessment Matrix’ to determine how the police force had to prioritise its activities.

Assessed ‘threats’ ranged from ASBOs (anti-social behaviour orders) to the terrorist threat presented by local mosques. Having a statistics degree, it was his job to translate the different ‘strategic threats’ into a ‘matrix’ of relative numerical weighted probabilities.

In 2010, one week before the 5th anniversary of 7/7, Tony (who had never previously doubted government versions of events) stumbled across ‘9/11 Truth’ material on the web. Like so many millions before him, he was shocked to the core by this experience. He quickly realised that there was a great mass of evidence relating to 9/11 kept hidden by the mainstream media. As a Christian, Tony consulted his church minister, who suggested that he consider, whether the same might be true for the London 7/7 bombings?

Something he had not suspected ‘in his wildest dreams’ then started to unfold. After reading much of the available but publicly-unreported witness statements and other evidence relating to 7/7, Tony found that he could only conclude that the official 7/7 narrative was ‘a monstrous lie.’ Instead of the official ‘suicide bombers’ narrative, which he and all of his colleagues had believed without question, he realized that the weight of evidence strongly points far more towards 7/7 being an event stage-managed by British intelligence than anything else.

The unthinkable but inescapable question thus intruded: Does there exist an ‘internal tyranny’ worse than any external foe?

All the assumptions he had held about the ‘strategic threat’ from terrorism were shattered and lay in ruins, and he found himself now doubting the size of any threat allegedly coming from Al-Qaeda and home-grown extremists. Within the police service, he felt horribly alone not knowing who to talk to about this matter – a situation made acute because he would have to present his annual threat assessment to the ‘Intelligence Strategic Management Board’ on July 8th – mere days away.

From his Christian perspective 9/11 and 7/7 could only now be perceived as expressions of a Satanic dimension concerning the ascent of what everybody was calling a ‘New World Order’. He saw these deceitful events as false-flag operations perpetrated in order to justify illegal and wicked wars. This was a deep personal crisis – one that would terminate his career.

On July 6th he ‘stuck his head above the parapet’ by alerting his boss – that he was developing a very different conceptual model of the strategic threat.

The terse document he handed over, suggested that the untruth of the 9/11 story implied ‘a huge potential for a total breakdown in trust between the government and the masses’ and it warned of ‘a tipping-point’ that would surely arrive as it slowly dawned upon citizens that their own government had conspired against them and had lied to them and had murdered innocents in the process.

Likewise he warned that, if indeed 7/7 had been ‘deliberately engineered’ to justify British PM Tony Blair standing shoulder to shoulder with Bush in the illegal was in Iraq, ‘There will be total outrage within the masses and a complete breakdown of trust between the Government and the people of the UK.’

In the presence of two intelligence managers, he alerted the Detective Superintendent, the Director of Intelligence for the South Yorkshire Police, explaining that all of his work used open-source material – he was not violating ‘official secrets’. He alluded to secret societies and a Masonic influence as being very central. The Director of Intelligence distanced the other two managers and they held a one-to-one conversation. The biggest single threat to the UK, Tony Farrell explained to him, was now coming from internal tyranny and in his opinion ‘far exceeded’ any threat from Islamic terrorism. ‘Tony, you and I will never get them to tell the truth’, came the philosophical reply, ‘- we are mere foot-soldiers of the government.’

That indeed was sensible advice, from someone who cared for his welfare – but, something more important was stirring within Tony Farrell: the voice of his conscience, and that would not permit him to go along with the ‘monstrous lie’.

His seniors, seemingly concerned for his well-being expressed a wish for Tony to visit Occupational Health. This irked him, as he felt and indeed was in perfectly good health.

On July 7th 2010, his first line manager, a Detective Chief Inspector spent a good part of the day with him trying to steer him into keeping to the original plan and to avoid rocking the boat. Could they not achieve some sort of compromise – then he could take his three weeks’ leave? To comply with that, he would have had turn a blind eye to his own assessment and deliberately hand over misleading analysis. His ‘strategic’ models were looking promising according to his line manager – yet he could not set aside his new views about ‘internal tyranny.’

As a seemingly lone voice in his police force, Tony Farrell found himself wrestling in the ‘Valley of Decision’ at home that evening, a theme he found expressed in the Book of Job, Chapter 3. He also pondered the 9th Commandment, ‘Thou shalt not bear false witness.’ He experienced an epic struggle going on that seemed to him to resemble that described in the Book of Ephesians, Chapter 6.

So that evening, 5 years to the day from the London bombings, he reached his own momentous personal decision. He resolved to take a stand knowing it would probably lead to him being sacked.

On July 8th he handed over a very short version of the ‘Strategic Assessment Matrix,’ which averred that the real terrorist ‘threat’ to society was almost entirely of the state-sponsored kind, and it alluded to both 9/11 and 7/7 in this context. Other threats from other ‘domains of criminality’ were, his brief report claimed, ‘insignificant’ by comparison.

This was hardly following the National Intelligence Model guidance, relating to ‘Threat and Risk Assessment models’ that he was supposed to use. ‘Tony we can’t do business like this,’ his manager pleaded.

He was asked to create a personal report: how had he arrived as such an unheard-of view? His privileges were withdrawn and his computer accessed, but as he had done his investigation at home and with open-source material, nothing untoward was found.

And so he was absent from the board meeting that afternoon, even though it was anticipating the yearly presentation from him. Instead he was sent home to compile a report, explaining his stance. He offered to produce a full report with backup evidence, for his shocking new views, but that wasn’t required.

Sacked for his beliefs

His work ‘could be helpful to the police service’ the DI remarked cryptically. Everything had happened so quickly, much too quickly. Tony Farrell was summoned to a hearing chaired by the Director of Finance a member of the Senior Command Team on 2nd September 2010. He was told that he held beliefs that were ‘incompatible’ with his position. There was no allegation of any misconduct. In dismissing him, the Director of Finance said this: “It is a very sad occasion as you have done some excellent work for South Yorkshire Police and I have never been involved in a situation like today. Your beliefs are very sincere and you may be right, but it is I’m afraid incompatible at the moment with where we are.”

He took the matter to the South Yorkshire Police Authority Appeal’s Committee but his case was dismissed. He has since put the case into an Employment Tribunal where final hearings are scheduled to be held in early September 2011 in Sheffield. This will be a public event, and it is likely that South Yorkshire Police will feel embarrassed by the repercussions. This case has potentially far-reaching implications.

Tony Farrell gave an interview with Richard Hall on Sky TV on July 8, 2011 (used as the main source for this article) and synchronously enough, South Yorkshire’s Chief Constable announced his retirement on that same day – after nine years’ of service. Was this indicating some stress within the Force? The whole story focuses by extraordinary coincidences upon anniversary-dates of the London bombings, over the last couple of years.

    What Hijackers ?

The ones that were let into the US from the Mid east so they would be tracked by able danger, s after 9-11 the story about the hijackers would be more believable.
Oh yes, we knew those guys, they came in from the mid east.
They didn’t reckon on such alternative media coverage, they believed they had complete control of all media, nothing could get ut, even though they were let in, it would never get out.
All the while of course keeping the spotlight off the real culprits.
Bit like someone raping your wife and distracting you from the truth by feeding you snippets of this guy he saw lurking around, that reminded him of some guy he wrked with once in Washington, or London.
f curse now you’re going to be follwing red herrings to London or Washington.
They wanted there to be some evidence of these guys entering the US etc, s afeter the event, yu’ll focus on them, not the real culprits.

Concerning non-violence: It is criminal to teach man not to defend himself when he is the constant victim of brutal attacks.

Look, all they want is one little piece of information. Just give them something… anything.
Thank you… but I’d rather die behind the chemical sheds.
Then you have no fear anymore. You’re completely free.

I remember how the meaning of words began to change. How unfamiliar words like “collateral” and “rendition” became frightening. While things like Norse Fire and The Articles of Allegiance became powerful

More than 400 years ago a great citizen wished to embed the fifth of November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that fairness, justice, and freedom are more than words, they are perspectives. So if you’ve seen nothing, if the crimes of government remain unknown to you, then I suggest you allow the fifth of November to pass unmarked.

What we need right now is a clear message to the people of this country. This message must be read in every newspaper, heard on every radio, seen on every television… I want *everyone* to *remember*, why they *need* us!

If our own government was responsible for the deaths of almost a hundred thousand people… would you really want to know?

If our own government was responsible for creating and inventing all or almost all your enemies would you really want to know?

Today, however, is a day, sadly, no longer remembered. So, I thought we could mark this November the 5th by taking some time out of our daily lives to sit down and have a little chat. Of course, there are those who do not want us to speak. I suspect, even now, orders are being shouted into telephones and men with guns are racing to this station. But regardless of what weapons they try to use to effect silence, words will always retain their power. Words are the means to meaning, and for some, the annunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country.

The movie dealt a lot with politics and showed a bleak look at what the future could be like if one politician was given too much power. The Chancellor was acting almost like Hitler in the way he enforced his beliefs on an entire country. Anyone that dared to raise questions was taken away by his police force and thrown in jail. Some were even executed. There had been more wars and unrest around the world. The Chancellor used those things to play on the fears of the people in England, telling them it was for their own good and protection when he took away more and more of their rights. The Chancellor even censored what music people could listen to and what they could watch on television. V didn’t like that everyone was so afraid of the government and wanted to change that. He also wanted to get revenge on specific people for something that had happened several years ago. After he took over the television network, he was quickly labeled a terrorist. He did things that a terrorist would do, so that part of the movie could be upsetting to some viewers.

  14. theBorgHasBeenHereHowLong?  July 19, 2011 at 7:09 am

In the name of protecting people, personal rights and freedoms were taken away. Most people were too afraid of the police and government to do anything. People that tried to stand up in any way were hauled out of their homes in the middle of the night by the police and put in prison or even executed. People that had different beliefs or were a little different were also taken away.

In the film V for Vendetta, V is a shadowy freedom fighter fighting against the tyranny of the state. This shrewd and charismatic character stands for individuality and justice. He hopes to reform a society which has come under the corruption and oppression of the government. These V for Vendetta quotes reveal charisma, shrewdness, and passion.

    Don’t forget ,
Tony Farrell had already had plenty of time to oberve the rections of Americans and how they were ignored, scoffed, dissapeared, etc. and simply did not exist on Television/readio/newspapers,etc.
So when the London 7/7 bombings happened he knew and he also knew that he and others like him were going to have marshall their forces and get in deep and co-ordinate without actually giving away any details or precise information about what role they each would play,
Tony Farrell may have been the first “signal” or nearly the first to alert the others that the Game was on!!

Voil‡! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it’s my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.” — V’s introduction to Evey (In simpler words) Behold! Before you is a humble stage performer, cast, against his will, by the whims of fate, to the roles of both victim and villain. The face you see now is not just some meaningless costume. It is a remnant of the People’s Voice, which has since gone and disappeared. However, this past annoyance stands courageously reborn and has sworn to conquer the evil and corrupt, who promote greed and the violent suppression of free will. The only choice is vengeance; a personal war held as a promise, but not in vain, for the importance and self-evidence of this quest shall one day exonerate the watchful and the righteous. But in truth, this thick soup of words has become too excessive. So, let me simply finish by saying that it’s my very good honor to meet you, and you may call me V.~

Fear became the ultimate tool of this government

  22. theBorgHasBeenHereHowLong?  July 19, 2011 at 6:53 am

Three targets are chosen to maximize the effect of the attack: a school, a tube station, and a water treatment plant. Several hundred die within the first few weeks. Fueled by the media, fear and panic spread quickly, fracturing and dividing the country until at last the true goal comes into view. Before the St. Mary’s crisis, no one would have predicted the results of the election that year, no one. But not long after the election, lo and behold, a miracle. Some believed it was the work of God Himself, but it was a pharmaceutical company controlled by certain party members [Prothero & others] that made them all obscenely rich. A year later, several extremists are tried, found guilty and executed while a memorial is built to canonize their victims.
But the end result, the true genius of the plan, was the fear. Fear became the ultimate tool of this government, and through it our politician was ultimately appointed to the newly created position of High Chancellor. The rest, as they say, is history.~

~ We are told to remember the idea, not the man. Because a man can fail. He can be killed and forgotten. But four hundred years later an idea can still change the world. I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of ideas. I’ve seen people kill in the name of them; and die defending them. But you cannot touch an idea, cannot hold it or kiss it. An idea does not bleed, it cannot feel pain, and it does not love. And it is not an idea that I miss, it is a man. A man who made me remember the fifth of November. A man I will never forget.~

Here is a man seemingly without a conscience for whom the ends always justify the means, and it is he who suggests that their target should not be an enemy of the country, but rather the country itself

  28. theBorgHasBeenHereHowLong?  July 19, 2011 at 6:47 am

    * Our story begins, as these stories often do, with a young up-and-coming politician [Sutler]. He’s a deeply religious man and a member of the conservative party. He’s completely single-minded and has no regard for the political process. The more power he attains, the more obvious his zealotry and the more aggressive his supporters become. Eventually, his party launches a special project in the name of national security. At first, it’s believed to be a search for biological weapons and is pursued without regard to its cost. However, the true goal of this project is power; complete and total hegemonic domination. The project, however, ends violently. But the efforts of those involved are not in vain, for a new ability to wage war is born from the blood of the victims. Imagine a virus, the most terrifying virus you can, and then imagine that you and you alone have the cure. But if the ultimate goal is power, how best to use such a weapon? It is at this point in our story that along comes a spider [Creedy]. Here is a man seemingly without a conscience for whom the ends always justify the means, and it is he who suggests that their target should not be an enemy of the country, but rather the country itself. Three targets are chosen to maximize the effect of the attack: a school, a tube station, and a water treatment plant. Several hundred die within the first few weeks. Fueled by the media, fear and panic spread quickly, fracturing and dividing the country until at last the true goal comes into view. Tony Farrell had to do this on his own, with his own resources, if he had used his position & information/clearance/availability through his actual position they could have just locked him up on any of many dozen inane regulatory/statute technicalities. He had to play his hand straight, all the while having conversations and communications with others and just hinting around the edges, it took a long time and serious risk to try and “feel out” who was with him &/or had similar motivations and sincere desire to set things right. There are others who willl or have already set things in motion and Tony Farrell is doing his substantial part as well as many others besides the “Murdoch” factor. Numerous individuals & and small cliques communicating obliquely, the wink, the nod , a little help here & there, small favors and coincidences to quietly and subtly indicate they were on board in their own way,but no one openly and clearly stating what they themselves were doing, that is how you do it
V’S & v’s & numbers of cliques of V’s is how it will be done.
Tony Farrell a fine member and example of the coalitions of V’s for a Sane World.
    V for Vendetta

Good evening, London. Allow me first to apologize for this interruption. I do, like many of you, appreciate the comforts of every day routine- the security of the familiar, the tranquility of repetition. I enjoy them as much as any bloke. But in the spirit of commemoration, thereby those important events of the past usually associated with someone’s death or the end of some awful bloody struggle, a celebration of a nice holiday, I thought we could mark this November the 5th, a day that is sadly no longer remembered, by taking some time out of our daily lives to sit down and have a little chat. There are of course those who do not want us to speak. I suspect even now, orders are being shouted into telephones, and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn’t there? Cruelty and injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. How did this happen? Who’s to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you’re looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn’t be? War, terror, disease. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you, and in your panic you turned to the now high chancellor, Adam Sutler. He promised you order, he promised you peace, and all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent. Last night I sought to end that silence. Last night I destroyed the Old Bailey, to remind this country of what it has forgotten. More than four hundred years ago a great citizen wished to embed the fifth of November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that fairness, justice, and freedom are more than words, they are perspectives. So if you’ve seen nothing, if the crimes of this government remain unknown to you then I would suggest you allow the fifth of November to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek, then I ask you to stand beside me one year from tonight, outside the gates of Parliament, and together we shall give them a fifth of November that shall never, ever be forgot.

  32. EUBrainwashing  July 18, 2011 at 7:42 am

Agreed. How can it take anyone with an enquiring mind ten years to get to these truths. And I will be very cautious before hanging my hat anywhere too close to Tony Farrow. I like to keep to simple provable facts such as Building No7 cannot have collapsed in the way we have been told. Once that point is accepted it follows that the Twin Towers must also have also not fallen as a result of fire. Most other matters only go to confuse the issue; matters we cannot prove the truth of. Talking about Satanic conspiracies is bound to get the message ignored; it is an unnecessary diversion. How did he really think that would wash with Police HQ? Disinformation spoilers of the 9/11 Truth movement would be recommended to expound on such ethereal elements, sweep the whole business up into one easy to dismiss nut-case story and leave it for dead. I’ll bet this fellow carries on for a while, own website and all, and mixes the real bones of the matter with a load of speculative conspiratorial bunk, doing more harm than good. Hope I am wrong.

I’ll never understand how ‘losing your job’ is such as big deal that you carry on living a lie and getting a wage for betraying yourself, everyone who knows you and everyone else who never will but will be affected by events because you feared rather than stood strong; a coward rather than a hero, at least to yourself.

  39. blow the whistle  July 11, 2011 at 5:16 pm

Have to agree.. what he should have done is finished the report and blown the whistle (making the report public). Instead we now have yet another professional the MSM will easily dismiss as a ‘CT’ because he can’t prove it, especially when they ask what prompted him into this course of action, his reply “a film on the internet”. As Columbo would say “just the facts Sir, just the facts”.

  40. DaftAida  July 11, 2011 at 4:48 pm

Jean Charles de Menezes was shot 7 times in the head by special forces 7 + 7 days after 7/7 on ‘suspision’ of having been a muslim terrorist bomber who looked nothing like him. The first news reports claimed he was an illegal immigrant.

The man was killed because he was most likely hired via an agency on behalf of a electrical engineering company or direct by them for the specific purposes of rigging 7/7 tube explosives and detonators. By the fact that Jean Charles was so brutally and publically assassinated, it was a clear warning shot to all those operating within or around this staged event to ‘zip it’ or else. No doubt 7/7 would have shocked some insiders; 52 people dead can have a sobering effect for those with the sensibilities to feel anything about such an atrocity, other than business as usual. He was killed in this manner either because it would blast into our minds that ‘any time, any place, anyone’ is a target or because he was programmed and part of the intelligence community who had become rogue or was associated with potentially rogue elements. Either way, we’re not used to ‘cops’ opening fire on commuters in the UK.

The electrical company to whom Jean Charles was contracted was never publically verified.

There is more info in the radio interview see link posted above.
Key points were senior intel chap breaking ranks, Chief Constable of force resigned 8thJul after attempted cover up went public. Farell appealed to other senior officers in police & sec svcs to deal with 911 7/7 & NWO plotters.

The Murdoch scandal is blotting this and the financial Armageddon out of the news and the MSM are ignoring the former in the UK. Perhaps this is intentional … sacrifice a few expendable key players, keep the train on track. It is also suspicious and perhaps related that Cameron lost his close adviser recently.

  44. EXPOSED ?  July 11, 2011 at 2:07 pm

The current “News Of The World” hacking/wiretapping stories are leading back to 7/7 and spying on victims. Murdochs subsidiaries were probably doing an after-the-false-flag assessment of who knew what about 7/7 and you will probably find the same before and after 9/11.

In the case of the London Tube “Bombing” the CCTV tapes that ICTS Security made on 7/7 needed to be manipulated because the Muslim patsies missing their connections on the subway and couldn’t have been the bombers without some tricky editing..

ICTS was involved at ALL the Airport security points in the U.S. on 9/11, they were also involved with ALL the Train and Bus security points on 7/7, coincidence??? And the news organization’s, under Rupert Murdoch’s control, needed to wiretap and hack into the victims phones to know what their threat of exposure was (if both ICTS and News Corp. were involved) and to steer the news away from them and the true perpetrators/traitors.

Your delusion of the non existence of the ruler of this world has made you BLIND, & DEAF!! The fact that an analytical person educated by the world system has a belief in The Creator, & the Adversary should get you looking at the evidence. But alas there are those who will believe any thing other than the prospect of being held responsible for their actions.

To bad hearing Tony Farrell defending his paradigm shift on the basis of belief.
For an academic he should base his findings on some solid facts within his profession.
And these statistic or logic facts should contribute to revealing the truth about 7/7.
His beliefs motivated him to make his stand, but also lured him into conclusions about satanically inspired sects, that he cannot pinpoint yet.
He better had stayed to the facts that convinced him professionally.
But he’s still thinking and might change course in due time.

Many senior policemen in the UK are freemasons. They are caught in a secrecy trap.

  51. hkdh  July 11, 2011 at 8:04 am

What is known publicly, this young man stayed legally in the UK until the next day, that he planned to stay illegally, that he probably worked somewhere but without a permit.
So he was typically the kind of guy to hire for work without questions.
But nothing more is known yet and those that hired him will probably have left no traces.

That’s a bit rich coming as it does from a worm.

Elective monarchy would be a good start.

I seem to remember that the unarmed brazilian lad that was shot to death in the underground in London was an “electrician” and worked with CCTVs, could it be that he knew or saw something that he shouldn’t have ?

“Political parties exist to secure responsible government and to execute the will of the people. From these great tasks both of the old parties have turned aside. Instead of instruments to promote the general welfare they have become the tools of corrupt interests, which use them impartially to serve their selfish purposes. Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to dissolve the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics, is the first task of the statesmanship of the day.”

    President Theodore Roosevelt, 1912[email protected][email protected][email protected]%28COLLID+roosevelt%29%29

This holds true today in not only the US but the UK, France, Germany, and all the other major democracies.

The explosions were proven to have come from underneath, they couldn’t have come fm backpacks left on seats…This was a MI-6 job….9-11 was a Mossad/Mossad asset job…Accusing “the Muslims” for this really IS bearing false witness against your neighbor..

I read this article on another site earlier today. As Farell says there will eventually be a tipping point. It took him almost nine years to start looking at the issue and to his great credit he has some principals, unlike his managers, and has remained true to the conclusions of his research.

The author Nick Kollerstrom has done some great research on 7/7 and is himself a very brave guy. Another step in the process of uncovering the truth.
