    Yes Sir;
    “It was ALL insanity”. It is all insanity now as well. The point is, I believe, that the industry itself has to come to a screeching stop. War has to stop. Explosive ordinance needs to stop; being fired, dropped, and planted. THEN ‘The World’ can begin to clean up the mess of undetonated ordinance.
