Breaking – Israeli foreign minister Lieberman resigns following indictment

A 12 Year Investigation Resolved with Indictment a Month Before Elections

Editors Note:  Israeli politicians beat a lot of these corruption charges. This could easily follow that path

Rampant Israeli corruption spawns investigations lasting more than ten years

(JTA) — Avigdor Lieberman has resigned as Israel’s foreign minister following his indictment for fraud and breach of trust.

“I have committed no offense but I wish to put behind me this issue, which is what remains of many years of investigation,” Lieberman said in a statement Friday.

Liberman said he would also step down as vice prime minister and lift his immunity from prosecution, to which he is entitled as a member of Knesset.

On Dec. 13, Israeli Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein closed a 12-year investigation on Lieberman, dismissing most of the charges.

But he indicted Lieberman for fraud and breach of trust for advancing former ambassador to Belarus Ze’ev Ben Aryeh’s position in the Foreign Ministry allegedly in exchange for information about an investigation against Lieberman being conducted in Belarus. Last spring, Ben Aryeh confessed that he had received and passed documents to Lieberman in 2008.

In his statement, Lieberman added: “I am stepping down also because I believe the citizens of Israel deserve to go to the ballot box with this thing already settled, so I can resume serving the state of Israel and its citizens.”

According to Ynet, Lieberman does not plan to resign as number two of Halikud Beiteinu — the merger of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud and the movement headed by Lieberman, Yisrael Beiteinu.

Lieberman has said he wished for a “quick trial” but it is not known whether this could be concluded ahead of Israel’s general elections scheduled for January 22.

A statement by the Prime Minister’s Office said Netanyahu spoke with Lieberman “and wished he [Lieberman] would soon prove his innocence in the sole remaining issue at hand and return before long to take up a senior cabinet post.”

Labor Chairwoman Shelly Yachimovich said in a statement that Netanyahu’s words “left a bad taste” and reflected “poor judgement.” She called Netanyahu’s statement “an ignominious blessing.”

Sorry xx for what happened to you. The only countries where the Courts are to be 95% trusted are the Scandinavian ones. Not so, when it comes to the Police, which in these countries assumes the functions of the General/District Attorney in the USA. Generally, the Scandinavian Police is fair, but lately it has been (like Politics) infiltrated by Zion Talmudic elements, and is slowly loosing its ability to analyze scientifically facts and think by itself.

Back to Lieberman and his party “Beitenu”, (which recently fusioned with Netanyahu’s “Likud” party), both Lieberman (Palestine occupier from Moldavia, ex disco doorman-bouncer) and Netanyahu are psychopaths, who firmly and devotedly believe in the mythology of the “Chosen people”, that it is their birth right to make the Goyim their working horses and milking cows.

The case of Netanyahu is even more complicate. His Terrorist father fed him, since birth, with weird Talmudic concepts and Zio duties. The father Benzion (Son of Zion), who died recently was a member of the Terrorist organization IRGUN and acted as Jacotinsky’s secretary in his young days. His preferred son died in the Entebe Zio raid and the father was expecting of Benjamin to carry a messianic mission which became an obsession for him: fulfill what Jabotinsky regarded as the only way to ensure Jews Only “Ertz Israel” (Great Israel), meaning killing all the Palestinians, who could make a claim to the land of their ancestors, and bribe-blackmail the USA-EU politicians into submission… bomb them if necessary (USS LIBERTY, Marines Barracks in Beirut, 9/11 and counting…).

    I was somewhat lucky,

There was Senior Mechanical Engineer that did some work for this corrupt executive, this senior engineer also dedicated free time to assist the US sailing team with consultation. He was in conflict with the above over another contact, however, later I contacted a friend (insider) who told me weeks later this engineers wife kept calling the office, apparently her husband simply disappeared, vanished.

If people really were aware what all took place from 2000-2008, they would be in shock.

I can attest to this very idea,

I develop new technologies, and this my occupation for many years. Some of my work can be observed through US patent office. However, more then 12 years ago developed new software technology and formed partnership with another person from very wealthy family. We established contract with shares of stock (my technology property) for about value of my invention, however, several months later I started researching this person. Then went to attorney to reassess this contract for stock, and the attorney stated, the document was “fraud”. So we established meeting to correct this document, and thereafter attorney began the works. Days later the attorney advised me to stop work until this contract was finalized, however, several weeks later my attorney contacted me again and stated you must give the technology rights to the other person (from wealthy family). I told him, no, will resolve this case in court, because was all fraudulent stock (Just wanted to correct and make legitimate the contract). One week later my attorney contacted me by telephone and stated “he signed my name to new document” to award my technology to the other person. I told this attorney, you can not forge my name on this document, and he stated thereafter, it’s done and there’s nothing you can do. By now, you understand who my attorney is working for now, with my monies paid to him.

I contacted the AG’s office, and this AG stated they can not get involved, and knew the family. So contacted several other attorneys, and they would not take this case due in part to the wealthy family, “who was contacting them”. During this time my home was broken into several times and recorded this activity, also reported to AG, and simple stated again they won’t get involved. At high level “in office” someone was venting AG’s during this time, and wealthy family good relations.

In the next (8 months) it cost me with attorney fees and other loses about $100,000 before could finally depart this state. Was being attacked electronically from all directions, also had difficult time selling my home, the realty agent working the property for this 8 months, apparently received job from the company the wealthy family managed. What a coincident, no other organizations in this state would investigate anything.

This “attorney general” the one who ignored the forged documents and such, “they knew”. And all other incidents, guess what? They became the “Governor” the following year or so, so “avoid” and get promoted. I wonder how many other cases and crime were overlooked for this promotion.

Sorry had to write this, it’s so true.

When it comes to how cases are handled by the Attorney General, the Courts and the Justice Department (anywhere on this earth), when an investigation lasts more than a year, it means that somewhere-someone is stalling, gaining time, putting the case on hold, bargaining, even exerting pressure, permitting those concerned to create new smoke screens, key witnesses to change their mind, to die in a natural way, by accident or victims of supposed assault by common criminals

The results of investigations that last 10 years or more generally do not lead to a conviction of the indicted. The process will be just one of those formalities, whose main function is to give the populace the impression that nobody is above the law, specially when politicians are accused of violating its dispositions.

Recently, Ehud Olmert, ex PM of Talmudlandia, has cleared of major corruption charges by an Israeli Court.

Don’t expect Lieberman to be charged with any wrong doing inside Zionlandia, except if a stronger political party is playing tricks on him to get him off the way..
