Founded in 1924 by K.C. Irving, Irving Oil is a family-owned and privately-held regional energy processing, transporting, and marketing company headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, with U.S. marketing operations in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. With over 900 fueling locations, operations from eight distribution terminals, and a delivery fleet of tractor-trailers, they serve wholesale, commercial, and retail customers in Atlantic Canada, Quebec, and New England.
What began as a small service station in Bouctouche, New Brunswick has grown into the leading regional energy company in Eastern Canada and New England. Today, they are known widely for their commitment to customer service, environmental awareness and contributing to the communities in which we operate.
Their customer focus has been with them from the start. Living close to their first service station, K.C. Irving was always on the job, looking after customers. He is remembered for helping customers who honked their horns for service—even in the middle of the night—to fuel up and make it home. K.C. Irving was proud to give good service and build his business.

Their company operates Canada’s largest refinery, eight distribution terminals, a fleet of delivery trucks and over 900 fueling locations serving thier wholesale, commercial and retail customers throughout their geographic region. They take pride in their operations, but they’re about much more.
