The Continuing Saga…

By Gordon Duff, Senior Editor

This is episode 3 in a continuing series.  We began with a 1938 Mosin Nagant, model 91/30.  The model designation indicates this was a rifle initially designed in 1891 but modified in 1930.  The 91/30 has a 28 inch barrel, comes with a 5 round capacity loaded through stripper clips from the top and fires the 7.62x54R round, cheap, available and very powerful.
This rifle has a new/unfired barrell, an excellent and simple action and now sports an Archangel sniper stock.  The modification made in this video allow testing for accuracy.  We have mounted a UTG tri-rail in place of the excellent open site and are awaiting additional parts.
