Congressman hears local veterans' concerns

Questions, concerns and cries for change were raised by dozens of veterans Thursday night at a town hall at North Orange Baptist Church in Orange hosted by U.S. Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX).
“It takes three to four months to get a doctor’s appointment you know and then your claims take forever,” veteran David Rankin said.
“I’ve filed several times on some things and didn’t get a response that I liked so I just want to hear what’s available,” Leslie Patin, another veteran, said.
