As many of you know, one of my top priorities as a legislator is public safety.

I fully support the gun buyback programs of the Los Angeles Police Department and would like to inform all of you of this important and successful program as well as provide you with information on all the sites where individuals can turn in guns, no questions asked, and receive a VISA or Ralph?s gift card in return for the surrendered weapons.
