VT is Growing!
Thanks to all of our readers, we are on our way to meeting our 2005 committment to all of you!
Over the last 2 months, since we’ve been actively in business our readership has doubled. Last month we had over 17,000 page views on our web site and we continue to grow and will surpass that this month.
That is truly exciting!
You, our readers online have been contributing with your suggestions and feedback and that has given all of us here at TEAMVT some great avenues for us to take on your behalf.
One the excellent suggestions were for us to have an online forum, whereby members can join and trade thouhts and view points.
Well, you asked for it……..we have just instituted a brand new FORUM whereby you, the reader, can go online and post your comments, thoughts, opinions, and helpful advisories to our community.
It’s fun! Ah Go ahead and give it a try! All you have to do is simply register as a member. Once you login, just click on FORUMS and post away.
MORE EXCITING THINGS TO COME – read on……….
VT in Print
Well, we release our first print edition in 4 weeks for April/May/June 2005. Our expected distribution is 20,000 to veteran centers, hospitals, organizations, members, and subscribers. We will also be posting a digital copy in .PDF format online for immediate access.
For those, who want a hard copy sent to their address, simply just fill out our subscription form here.
Our Photo Gallery
We had to pull down our Photo Gallery last week because it had a hole in the design that could have allowed a hack to the site. We are in the process of fixing the Photo Gallery hole and will re-activate for your viewing pleasure in a few weeks. Stay Tuned!
Advisory Boad of Directors
We are putting together our Advisory Board of Directors to act as a guiding light for our management.
Responsibilities for this Board include monitoring our progress as we grow towards our mission and to make suggestions to our management so that we can meet the mission more effectively. Of course, we expect our Board to write at least one article per month for VT and contribute their wisdom to our community.
If you know of anyone worthy of such a position, one who feels that they can provide leadership to our management, please forward their resume and the reasons why you believe they can contribute to the community to gm@veteranstoday.com.
Again and finally, a big congratulations to all of our readers for contributing and getting involved. In the end, your contributions is what makes VT a great source for all America’s Best! Thanks for making VT your choice for news, info, jobs, and more…………
Talk to you soon and Have a Great VT Day!
John P. Allen – General Manager – gm@veteranstoday.com
