RecruitMilitary, founded in 1998, helps find civilian jobs for men and women who are transitioning out of the armed forces, military veterans with varying amounts of business experience, members of the reserve forces and National Guard, and military spouses. The company offers contingency recruiting services, filling corporate job openings for a fee; hosts electronic job postings on its Website, www.recruitmilitary.com; and offers employers subscriptions entitling them to search its database of over 74,000 registered job candidates. All of the company’s services are free to job candidates.
