A new approach: An apology from Japan RE: WW2
For nine months, the administration has blocked me from getting an apology from Japan. I am still outside the doors of Congress.
Someone said to me: “Can’t you accept that no one is interested?”
The most effective adversary has been my own government that prevented me from communicating with Washington and Congress. From Japan.” It’s astounding how effective Congress’ policy of: “No communications with constituents equals no problems to resolve.” This is the theory that a government (of the people and for the people) apparently uses. Whatever it is called, it worked.
