“With the number of new offshore units coming out it is going to take between 10,000 and 15,000 recruits to crew new vessels industry wide”, Madden says. “And that’s just drilling contractors”

Raymond Believes Noble is a great environment for people trained in the military. He has a total of 18 years in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves including one year training senior leaders in Iraq. “I enjoy my service to my country” he says as he completes his remaining retirement time as an active U.S. Army Reservist.
