Technically the Veterans Administration (VA) does guarantee VA Construction Loans but Lenders won’t provide them because there is no incentive to do so. In other words, they don’t’ make money on them. So they don’t bother. Yep, that’s where that stands. Lenders have to have a profit incentive before they provide these type of loans and until that happens, for all intents and purposes, there really is NO VA Construction Loans.
