Veterans Job and Resource Fair:
“State of California Honor a Hero, Hire a Vet Job and Resource Fair” is scheduled for Thursday, September 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Downtown Oakland Marriott Hotel, 1001 Broadway.
The job fair is free and open to all veterans, National Guard members, reservists returning from active duty, and the public.
Over 70 employers, government agencies and community organizations will be on hand with information on employment, benefits, training, education and apprenticeships.
