Since incorporating in 2001, R&P Technologies has been providing the highest level of technical services in the area of Maritime and Naval Ship design, construction, and testing. R&P is a recognized Naval engineering asset, with offices located at: Philadelphia Naval Business Center, and Norfolk Navy District. With a broad spectrum of Naval engineering experience and a growing commercial industry base, R&P has specialized in applications that bring the latest commercial technologies to the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard.

In 2005 R&P Technologies was awarded a Seaport enhanced contract. The R&P Team, consisting of 6 large and small businesses, is currently drawing upon its technical and managerial depth and breadth as it continues to provide superior support to all of the Warfare Center Divisions. As the Prime Contractor for the Team, R&P provides overall contract management, team integration, and oversight of all functional areas.

From 1990 to 2000, R&P’s founders were In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs) for the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock (NSWCCD-SSES), and thereby have the unique experience of representing the Warfare Center and NAVSEA in providing direct support to our U.S. Navy customers. Our ISEA experience extends to Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) equipment, specifically power generation and distribution, ship navigation, propulsion and fluid systems.
