Don’t believe everything you hear from Uncle Sam

In our Constitution of these United States, RIGHTS go to the Citizen first, not the Corporations

By Lt. Liberty

In 1972 I transitioned from active Army to California National Guard excited that the Laws of America were now designed such that I could continue to serve my Country.

"ESGR was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve component members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee’s military commitment. It is the lead Department of Defense organization for this mission under DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, DIR. 1250.1, and NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR EMPLOYER SUPPORT OF THE GUARD AND RESERVE".

Things were a little tuff starting out in a State where I had no relatives, but I had a job. I was a soldier. Grabbing a news paper, I figured I would get any job I could.  You know, just for starters. The interesting thing was that when I filled out applications and I proudly wrote that I was a member of the California National Guard, Companies and Corporations where I applied and told the truth shunned me stating they will call me if they need me. So I thought to myself this has to be some kind of socialist upper business class conspiracy to prevent people from being members of the military.

When I arrived in California I did have to wash the spit off my Class a Uniform after walking by a group of college selected future leaders of America.  They were clearly programmed from the highly educated abilities they received at California’s institutions of higher education.  Programmed with hate for all military demonstrating themselves as Socialists sponges sucking their monetary educational future off a system specifically designed to support subsidies for a socialized education system moving America ever closer to a position of dependence on CORPORACRACY.

After discovery that I should hide the fact that I was still a soldier, it was very easy to get a job.  But when time came to go to drill, if I was on the schedule to work, I needed to come up with some lie (being forced to compromise my integrity) to cover my back.  The reason is because if I exposed that I was a member of the National Guard, all the good that had been stated about how I was a credit to the organization would vaporize into complements that were figments of someone’s imagination. I tested it for validaty.

Later I went to work for a General Motors Dealer in Walnut Creek, California. A few days after being hired I advised the General Manager that I needed to attend a Guard Drill on an upcoming weekend.  I handed the GM a copy of my training schedule. He said “aren’t you too old to be in the Boy Scouts”. I said I am a soldier of the United States Armed Forces. He scoffed at me heading towards the owners office. Later that day, I was paged to sales office.  He said that they would have to terminate me if I chose this path and that I needed to rearrange my priorities.

I’ll tell ya if I had 10 dollars for every time I was forced to cross this bridge, my house would be paid for.

If there are any Military personal that have experienced anything similar to what I have described here, we need to join forces.  Our Country has flip flopped on us. Taking that which is guaranteed in the Constitution of these United States of America and given Corporations the rights first before the citizen. Every constitutional scholar knows in the Constitution of the United States RIGHTS go to the Citizen first.

E-mail me. Join my fight. Together we can defeat this breach of security infringing the rights of every U.S. Soldier.

Liberty is Freedom
