What is wrong with Fourteenth Amendment?

Applying the Bill of Rights against States, in direct support of the Constitution giving Rights to the Citizen First, as meant to be, but as the incorporation process entered the picture (1868) allowing protection of assets from Law Suits, going against the very nature of the Constitution, Jurisdictions (Counties Cities States) were allowing violations of Constitutional Rights of Individuals and Law Enforcement were being held liable for the actions, in violation of individual Rights, circumventing the Authority of Americas division of Kingdoms (Counties).

In order to protect assets of States Counties and Cities, our United Stated Government Conspired together to over ride Individual Rights by passing and affirming the Fourteenth Amendment into Constitutional Law (1868). Interpreting the Fourteenth Amendment encompassing (incorporating), allowing States/Counties/Cities, provisions of Rights, thereby making and end run against individual LIBERTY depriving (by infringing) Citizen’s individual Rights, allowing (authority) Police to act with egregious Force and not be held liable. Many Examples of infringing conduct against individual Rights have mounded into mountains, in existence today, yet Americans Legislators, Judges and Legal Scholars (most are attorneys) still choose to debate the issue in support of the “CORPORACRACY”.

In 1789 Citizens had more Rights. A series of Cases in the 1960’s in the Warren Court era has delivered America what we have today, Condoned Infringements. Isn’t it about time Citizen re-capture our Constitutional Rights, a Contractual Agreement which the American Government stands today in “Breach of”? What is our CHOICE today. Constitutional Republic, or Communistic Socialists Democracy?
