LETTING CRIMINALS ‘OFF THE HOOK’ JUST BECAUSE ONE WAS PRESIDENT OR THEY OWN AN OIL COMPANY IS BULL
EITHER EMPTY THE PRISONS NOW OR PUT ALL CRIMINALS BEHIND BARS

During this last Bush term, two of my friends have had problems. One, a former congressman (Republican) and UN Ambassador (Reagan Administration) was arrested on trumped up charges by Alberto Gonzales thugs. Another friend, a Vietnam veteran and lawyer for many top government officials and agencies had his front door kicked down illegally by SWAT from another jurisdiction. This guy knows ‘Daddy Bush’ personally very well, if you get my drift.
Don Siegelman, former Governor of Alabama was released from prison. It seems Karl Rove ordered the FBI and US Attorney’s office to have him jailed on phony charges for political reasons. Siegelman is out and Rove is facing prison for his involvement along with everyone else.
For every taxi driver, businessman with the wrong name or other person of middle eastern descent arrested for terrorism and tortured, perhaps jailed for years, then released, or secretly kept or many, we will never know, sent somewhere to be murdered, a dozen Americans have been arrested for political reasons.
Arrest in the US takes away your job, your money and puts you in a system where, even if everyone knows you are innocent, you are expected to plead guilty to something just to cover the incompetence of the authorities who pulled you in by mistake or ended up surprised that a real lawyer capable of showing our police and prosecutors to be the criminals they so often are.
We have always had a crooked criminal justice system. We have sent hundreds of thousands of innocent people to jail and have let the wealthy commit crimes for many years if they have had the right friends. This is a big part of American history. Today’s police, at every level, have been willing to spy, lie cheat and steal, when asked under the guise of American patriotism.
However, we have never had a political party and an administration that has so systematically built a machine, Homeland Security or has twisted the FBI and Justice Department, even during the Nixon Administration, like this one has. Our own government has commited so many crimes it will be impossible to count. Thousands of officials in every department face prison. Entire departments, Justice in particular, face criminal prosecution, minimally for public corruption, but for dozens of other crimes also.
This attack on America can be characterized as systematic Treason.
We have created, not only a runaway bureaucracy, but one that operates outside the law with no thought to reason, legality or American values. This bureaucracy has so much power that many now suspect that the incoming president will be afraid to order criminal investigations as current government officials may have him murdered.
This is the real issue and it is time we started speaking honestly.
It is not “kooks” that have threatened Obama, it has been secret intelligence cabals under government pay, tied directly to religious and political extremists at the highest levels of the Bush administration. Anyone who believes otherwise has had their head in the sand for 8 years.
When we hear President Obama talking about “moving forward” when asked about appointing a special prosecutor, we either assume he is involved, unlikely, or forgiving, even more unlikely. Any real American awakened to what has been done to our freedoms, our economy and our way of life and aware of the pattern of criminal activity should be looking for retribution.
Very few of the crimes involve terrorism, torture or anything remotely justified by people who went insane under the leadership of moronic Fascists.
Most crimes are economic and political, and designed to build a bureaucracy to undermine our political system in order to protect economic criminals, polluters, exploiters of slave labor and those who have profited by the massive drug trade and illegal immigration.
These have been the real crimes of the Bush administration, not torturing a few thousand poor souls or murdering a million Irakis.
America has been running death squads around the world under the guise of ‘private security’ or operating with foreign intelligence agencies for years. The targets may have been terrorists or they may just have likely been partners in drug deals and stock swindles who wanted too big a cut.
Looking at what we have found out about the Bush regime, either are likely.
With a criminal cabal controlling powerful new law enforcement agencies working under unconstitutional laws, far more time and money has been spent protecting criminals who donate money or are, themselves, part of the government, than enforcing laws.
Finding this will take very little effort. Will anyone have the courage to look? Those now worrying about ‘gun seizures’ are ‘closing the barn door after the horses have escaped.’ Most NRA people were first in line at the polls to vote away American freedom. Who needs an armed militia when they are the ones who will be marching people off to the concentration camps.
I wonder how many organizations, from Right to Life to the American Legion, NRA, VFW and others that would have accepted boxes of arm bands from Homeland Security and joined the thugs in kicking down doors, seizing guns and taking away Americans who had spoken up for freedom. This is how it happened everywhere else in the world.
It almost happened here.
