We the people elected a government, given full mandate to correct injustices, punish the guilty and protect democracy. “Business as usual” in Washington is at an end.
Every day, the criminal groups that left America shattered and broken, continue their crimes, continue to threaten our democracy.
Our laws always were a real Patriot Act, written to defend America against tyrants, written by patriots, not cheap politicians with their abominations used to subvert our freedoms. Money, power and the corrupt system in Washington continues to allow criminals to go free. WE THE PEOPLE demand an end to this.
THE CRIMES
9/11: Thousands of Americans were murdered in a outlandish plot requiring the full cooperation of, not only several middle eastern terrorists, but the White House, the Department of Justice, the Department of Defense and other agencies of our government. A phony investigation was arranged with full coordination of the Bush Administration and members of our press to allow this crime to go unpunished.
Begin an honest investigation and jail or execute all those guilty, even if it includes a former President of the United States and his associates including top military leaders.
Stolen Elections: 2000 has now been proven to have been a stolen election. We now have full proof that electronic voting machines were also rigged in 2004. We know who did it and we know how. Everyone involved should be jailed.
Every possible act of the illegal government for 8 years, from every law signed to every appointment including and especially Supreme Court Justices should be reversed. Americans demand their country back.
The Iran War: We now have proof that the war in Iraq was planned and executed by the Bush Administration with full cooperation of intelligence agencies and the military in direct violation of American and International Law. Everyone involved, including and especially President Bush, Vice President Cheney, cabinet members, National Security Council members and the leaders of our intelligence agencies who took part in these crimes should be arrested immediately.
Illegal Arrest, Imprisonment and Torture: All members of government, law enforcement, the military and any private contractors and news, lobbyist or public relations contractors who took part in any aspect of the violation of US law, International Convention and human rights should immediately be arrested and tried for crimes against humanity.
Financial Crimes: Any and all members of government, the press and all financial institutions who worked to systematically dismember for the purpose of theft and fraud, the governmental controls protecting the American economy should be arrested and all assets, be they personal or corporate, in the US or hidden away, should be seized and returned to the American people.
Corruption: Any and all government and military officials along with their conspirators who issued “no bid contracts” to “friends” or arranged for contracts, be they “cleanup” for Katrina or “dirty water” or “defective body armor” sold to our military should be punished. Members of any and all oversite groups and the lobbyists who bought them, responsible for selling off key resources, polluting air and water or any other similar crime should be arrested immediately.
Misuse of Law Enforcement and Courts: Any judge at any level, any prosecutor including and not limited to 2 Attorney Generals of the United States, any law enforcement official who prosecuted any individual or failed to enforce laws tied to the political needs and requests of a political party, a government official or the rich lobbyists and contributors who corrupted them, should be immediately arrested.
Illegal Laws: Any and all individuals responsible for the creation of any laws including and especially those laws commonly called The Patriot Acts, should be arrested and imprisoned immediately as a clear and present danger to the Constitutional rights and freedoms of all Americans.
The Political Military: Any and all members of our military from the Commander in Chief downward who used our military for personal or political means, be it illegal invasions done for profit, voter intimidation, international drug running, election rigging or the perpetration of any criminal act should be imprisoned and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
For well over 200 years Americans have fought and died for our freedoms, some in wars, and many against a government at times under the control of a corrupt oligarchy. Many periods in our history have been steeped in both controversy and conspiracy with Presidential murders, wars of convenience and misuse of our legal system being commonplace in our history.
For a nation built on the concepts of justice, democracy and progress, having survived, perhaps only by chance and the intercession of The Almighty, substituting “admonition and forgiveness” for just vengeance is an insult to those who have given so much for what we have only so recently begun to reachieved.
In 1942, we began rounding up Japanese Americans who we believed might be a danger to our country. Now, surrounded by threats, internal and external and weakened by corruption and injustice, we must act again, but within established law.
We need not extend our grasp any further than subjecting those who have actually betrayed America and can clearly be proven as having done so. Our current criminal gang, is of an ilk much like criminals around the globe who use education, inherited power and wealth and evil intent to destroy. Many of our worst criminals are themselves lawyers and legislators who both learned and even wrote some of the laws they violated so brazenly.
Our betrayal and threat, as predicted by Lincoln, is one on the homefront, one draped in phony patriotism and one perpetrated by the hands of those entrusted with our sacred institutions.
Damn them all. Jail every one of them.
