Free Elections in America: A Dead Issue

WE THE PEOPLE AND MAJORITY VOTE

IS IT NULL AND VOID IN AMERICA?

American legislators and the president are elected by majority vote.American Congress passes bills and laws by majority vote. The U.S. Supreme Court passes rulings by majority vote. 

America was meant to be governed by majority vote of Congress and the Presidency.

PREAMBLE TO THE U. S. CONSTITUTION:We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

What has happened to We the People who formed a more perfect Union and a Constitution? Do the representatives of the people who are voted into office by majority vote by We the People, vote according to how We the People want them to vote?

Of course not, anyone objective knows the answer is a resounding no! Their votes are guided by lobbyists and minority entitites who do not represent the majority of We the People.  

In an election year, do you ever hear candidates answer, when asked about how they stand on this issue or that issue, that he or she will vote according to the majority of We the People? It’s always “I” will do this or “I” will do that.

We the People can go through an entire election season and not hear one politician mention that he or she will vote according to the will of We the People. We need accountability and penalties for those elected by majority vote but do not vote with the majority of We the People.  

After each bill/issue is voted on by congress, a tally sheet should be displayed to We the People on national TV networks so We the People can know regularly how the peoples’ representatives in congress voted on all bills before them.

And if there are more than a few close bills/issues that We the Peoples’ representatives voted on that are not how We the People wanted them to vote, they should be systematically removed from office without waiting for the next election.  

It’s time We the People take control of our government again and force out the congressional law breakers and supporters of those with money who do not listen to the majority of We the People.

We the People must take back our heritage fought for by our Founding Fathers and form a more perfect union before it’s too late! 

We the People need a new political party of which the political platform is established before each election by national polling of We the People on all the major issues before the country. The issues that the majority of We the People support in the national poll will be THE political platform of the party. Candidates would be required to sign a pledge that they will support totally the majority of We the People.

If candidates for office do not support the majority voices of We the People, then they will be told to drop out as they do not fit in forming a more perfect union in the 21st century to move America back on track as the Founding Fathers planned and expected.
