Veterans Branded with Secret Coded Number

Beginning in 1956, DOD ordered the military to began placing a SECRET coded number on the DD-214 of ALL veterans. Known as a SPN or SDN code. There were 5 catogories; UNFITNESS, UNSUITABILITY, MISCONDUCT, HOMOSEXUAL, any REASON BASED UPON MENTAL OR MORAL ISSUES. Millions of vets with an Honorable Discharge have a BAD code !

The Veterans Administration uses the codes to determine basic eligibility for benefits, moreover, YOUR VA CLAIM NUMBER is given a PHONY name, benefits paid to the phony, and veteran is told NO regarding service connected benefits. This is why many BACKLOG cases, why recent shredder stories coming to light. Something we have known about for years. Billions being ripped of from V.A. and veterans, widows, orphans.

In 1976, this writer filed a lawsuit in US Fed. Ct. Northern District of New York regarding the assignment of a " false & stigmatizing " coded number. Years of bringing forth evidence via FOIPA law proved beyond a reasonable doubt, this coding system existed.

The trial in Sept. 1978 was bi-furcated, i.e. immunity & damages. The USAF never asked for immunity, however, claimed in court they corrected ALL the records and the SECRET code number would never surface again, therefore, there was NO subject matter jurisdiction, which was false.

The lawsuit ended up at the U.S. Supreme Court. In 1986, was reopened for FRAUD UPON THE COURT, US Federal Grand Jury testimony by this writer proved State of New York would NOT even allow veteran to take Civil Service Test due to the VERY SAME coded number they claimed in court would never surface again. What is important here, this writer submitted his SSN to the State of N.Y. who looked in their computers, and pulled up vets military records, then pointed to the SPN code, said thats why you can’t take the test. The Federal Grand Jury indicted State Employees for this, nothing was done! 

In Federal Court ( 1986 )  the very same US Atty. present before the Grand Jury appeared in court to argue the case for the USAF, i.e. Fraud Upon The Court. She told the Judge NO evidence came to her attention that the computer coded number came to anyones attention, a LIE ! This writer jumped up and said just that, " thats a lie Judge, she was present before Grand Jury and is aware ".  That is a major criminal act, however, Judge just issued a 2nd Court Order, of which, was worthless.

Again in 2001, veteran Crosby reopened this lawsuit for FRAUD UPON THE COURT. This was done in BILLINGS, MT. All the evidence was present to prove Fraud, spoliation of a legal transcript submitted to ANY Federal Court Clerk was destroyed. Getting the picture here, many criminal acts. 

U.S.C. TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 50A, SECTION 1091 = GENOCIDE states;  Whoever, whether in time of peace or in time of war, in a circumstance described in subsection (d) and with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in substantial part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group as such – 

(1) kills members of that group;

(2) causes serious bodily injur to members of that group;

(3) causes the permanent impairment of the mental facultiesof members of the group throught drugs, torture, or similar techniques;

(4) subjects the group to condidtions of life that are intended to cause the physical destruction of the group in whole or in part, END.

BRANDING human beings with a number to systematically eliminate them is the same thing that happened in NAZI GERMANY. Remember, destroy in whole or in substantial part a NATIONAL GROUP,  thats VETERANS of the UNITED STATES. 

In effect, we are victims of Holocaust II, and the court system of the U.S., controlled by a SECRET SOCIETY (the Bar Association, having NO Constitutional Authority to do so )  fails to protect LIBERTY RIGHTS, i.e. DUE PROCESS OF LAW. This is where ALL efforts should be brought, we have the PROOF, we have the victims, we have MIGHT & RIGHT on our side, as well as, the numbers to correct this massive injustice and bring those to justice who have looted BILLIONS of dollars from V.A. and have murdered tens of thousands of this nations veterans thru the use of SECRET coded numbers which deprive Honored Citizens of this nation of LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL, which we stood on the battlefield to uphold, protect, and defend.
