hasselbecktortureThe View Star Slams U.S. Veteran John McCain’s Opinion on Waterboarding as Stupid and Irrelevant?

by Paula Jackson

Today on The View, the blonde bombshell in a tasty orange flowered camisole drapped over pure white jeans defended waterboarding.

Like a beautiful flower who spews out toxic venom that kills, this nasty dirty extremist in disguise staunchly supports waterboarding as a technique to get information out of terrorists just like her friend at FOX Sean Hannity, except she’s much more tantalizing and has better hair.

When told that her fellow republican and friend John McCain said that waterboarding is torture and it does NOT work, she brushed off the comment and quickly blew it off as if John McCain’s opinion on torture does NOT count.  How dare you marginalize a decorated Veteran who’s been tortured! Now that’s loyalty to your cause! Good Job Liz!

Yes, John McCain, a veteran who was totured and waterboarded has no opinion on this subject. I love it!  Now that’s loyalty to the party Liz!  Outstanding!  I love this chick!  You are on par with Ann Coulter and Michele Malkin, just another party dog who will bite anything they tell you to bite.

So it occurs to me that no matter what evidence is presented to the radical right party people like Liz and to those of you who think she’s RIGHT and are reading this steaming from your fascist toes to your extremist ears that you will do and say anything the party tells you to support. Clearly, you are determined and I admire that that kind of stubborn dogged hardheadedness.  Pit Bulls are scary and they bite!  We get it and take your threats seriously.

But really, what fool believes that this article will convince the angry and seething of anything.  Nothing will unless a directive memo is sent from their RIGHT minded fearless leaders hiding in the shadows like the Wizard of Oz behind that vile curtain (Hey Cheney, I can you see you there!)

The only question for the rest of us is do we accept the position of the Hasselbeck Extremists and go with torture as part of the new American values or do we go back to our roots and stand up against torture like we once did back before the George W. Bush Adminstration?

Do we lead or do we devolve into an extremist fascist society that no one in the world wants to follow willingly or wants to be like.  In other words, do we exist the world stage and become just another banana republic?

Thats’ what this whole torture debate is really about!

The right does NOT accept that they lost the hearts and minds of the people in the last election and they are fighting back and dressing up like barbie dolls to sell it to us.  But we are stilll at war with these extremists and our collective values are at stake!  And it’s time to make a decision.

We need to fish or cut bait as some say down on the bayou.

If we choose the path of Hasselbeck and her party, then we should expect our troops to be waterboarded by future enenies and support their right to torture.  That’s right! What would our argument be "We can do it but you can’t, that’s against the Geneva Convention!"?  We’d have no argument to defend it.  We would then rule by the gun and not by the ideas put forth in the common sense articles of freedom and liberty.

In addition, we should also exonerate all the people in the past that waterboarded and who we’ve tried and convicted.  From Japan to Germany, we should over turn their convictions and put them up on our heroes and freedom fighters board because they, like us, were just defending their rights to get information.  Yes, we need to send those families in Japan lots of money as a matter of sorry for putting them in jail for their waterboarding agaisnt our troops.  That way we can waterboard them back again next time.

As you can tell, I don’t support torture and I think a country that does support toture is not a country I want to be part of.  For me, what’s at stake is the very place I will choose to raise my family.

If the USA and people like Elizabeth Hasselbeck want to dress up in pretty dresses while they torture then that’s not for me and my family.  We must fight to the death because I won’t let my country devolve into this garbage.

If the homegrown extremists like Hasselbeck are marginalized and the people of our country take a stand and prosecute those who torture and stand for values against the very ideas that these taliban extremists die for, then I will fight and defend the country and seek to empower others around the world to also grab on to these sacred and cherised values that we hold so dear to our hearts.

They are waging war against our people and make no mistake about it, no matter how pretty they look in orange flowery things.
