Has the cost of providing gasoline for America’s cars taken a toll on the fragile ecosystem of the Amazon jungle? In our first story, correspondent Scott Pelley goes deep into the rain forests of Ecuador where natives are suing oil giant Chevron, the owner of Texaco, because they say oil drilling by Texaco polluted their land and water.

Next up, as Guantanamo Bay shuts down, we take a look at what is happening to some of the freed detainees. Several of the Saudis swept up in Afghanistan and Pakistan after 9/11 who ended up there have been sent for re-programming in Saudi Arabia – the native country of most of the 9/11 terrorists. The Saudis say they are attempting to change the mindsets of these less violent jhadists. Using a combination of religious re-indoctrination, therapy and financial assistance, "We are getting very good results. I can say this without reservation," says Dr. Abdul Rahman al Hadlaq, a Saudi psychiatrist involved in the rehabilitation program. But so far, 10 percent of the "graduates" of this soft approach have gone back to terrorism. "It cannot be perfect," al Hadlaq tells correspondent David Martin. When reminded by Martin that jihadists can sometimes be suicide bombers, al Hadlaq refers to the 4,000 real or suspected terrorists the tightly controlled Kingdom has thrown in jail. "We have hard approach. We have soft approach."
