 SURVEILLANCE OR ESPIONAGE?

The Associated Press reports this morning that under the Bush Administration surveillance of American citizens went far beyond what was openly admitted by the White House. In fact its full reach was known by less than a handful of people, directly violating many American laws.  This kind of surveillance is stricly forbidden.  This is serious stuff.  The article is here:
