Fun from LT Bobby Ross

Next year will be my 22nd year as a professional on the Internet.  I built my incredible LRRP Net in my offices on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee, before anyone there know what a web site was!  I was the first Country Music Recording with a web site.  I had to fly to San Francisco and stay with my oldest son for 3 months to hire web designers to build it for me.

I retired from the Nashville Music Industry at the end of 2004 largely due to the damage Napster had done by downloading songs on the Internet for FREE.  I moved back home.  I was born in Sacramento back before dirt was invented, and I am now living on a 1000 acre waterfowl refuge just to the East of a little town of Isleton, snuggled up against the Sacramento River, the biggest river in California.

This place is a PARADISE. Before I moved to Nashville at the end of 1985, I was a professional crawdad trapper here in the California.  I had just graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in music from their famous Music Department, bought a small ranch in Sonoma, California, and tried to put together a band and a publishing company.  It did not work.  Too many personalities and too many egos, and too many problems.

So, with my PTSD, and my own talent, I decided to sell that ranch, and move to the California Delta and pre-produce my own music to take to Nashville.  The rest is history.  Many of you reading this have been reading my emails for decades.  Some for only days.  Nevertheless, my overall network is one of the largest in the world.  This is because when you read this and relay it to your network, it is like a nuclear explosion.

I am going to be attaching at least 4 pictures with each of my articles.  My latest record album that is now on http://www.rassio.com tells the whole story of my life here, and my love for my home here in the California Delta.

Now, with this album released, I have been approached and signed by two ‘BIG SHOT" producers in Nashville, and I am in the process of making the biggest album of my career.  I built my LRRP Net by using ‘code words’.  For example, if you want to know about the ‘business’ of what I’m doing in Nashville with my new project, send in the code word: MUSIC.  By doing so, you will have the first time opportunity in the history of Country Music to follow this whole process from start to finish.  So, if you want to participate, send in the code word "MUSIC" and I’ll add you to this historic group.

I am a hunter and a fisherman.  I grew up in this area of Northern California, so when I was sent to Vietnam to be in the LRRPs with 101st Airborne Division in 1968 and 1969, it came second nature to me. I was very good at ‘hunting’ in Vietnam.  Now, I hunt ducks.  This is one of the best duck clubs in the whole country, and I have attached a few photos out of the thousands I’ve take with my Nikon 200 digital camera to demonstrate to you the photos you will see with each of my articles.

So many staff writers here post on ‘serious’ Veteran subjects.  I’m going to do a 180 from that.  I am going to do the ‘arts & fun’ part of this great outfit, and spin yarns with you and show pictures and tell tall tales and do my best to entertain you.

Remember, you can hear my newest album and be part of this adventure by just going to my web site:

Life is Good.  Join me and let me hear from you.  Yes, I am an old Vietnam Veteran that has one of the largest networks in the world on the Internet, but I am also a true American artist.  Be part of it!  Add a comment at the bottom of this article.  Let’s have some fun.

    PEACE,
    LT Bobby Ross
