VETERANS AND PATRIOTIC AMERICANS ARE NEEDED TO SUPPORT ROBERT ROSEBROCK AND THE AMERICAN LEGION RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE LOS ANGELES VETERANS PARK CONSPIRACY

Attached is my "Notice to Appear" in United States District Court on Wednesday. There are two citations issued by the West Los Angeles VA Police for this Appearance.
There are four more citations that were issued for future Appearances. The primary citation on Wednesday is for "Unauthorized Demonstration on VA property."
Anyone who has attended one of our Sunday Rallies knows that we are always demonstrating on the Los Angeles County sidewalk, outside of the VA’s jurisdiction. (see photo below)
Nonetheless, each citation carries a $15 fine if I’m found guilty. Obviously, this is not about paying a $15 fine but about saving billions of dollars of Veterans sovereign property that the VA has prostituted away for political cronyism, including payback to a very wealthy neighborhood group that wants this land for their own amusement and entertainment.
As we all know, the main purpose for defending against these citations is to stop our Veterans land from being given away rent-free for a public community park.
We are going to block this public park and prevail. Eventually, we will take back all of this land that was deeded in 1888 to America’s Veterans.
There’s so much at stake with these trumped-up citations because if I win, then Veterans win; and if I lose, then Veterans lose because the VA is trying to suppress our First Amendment Rights to block us from protesting against their abuse and misuse of our Veterans’ land.
I promise that I will fight this with all my heart, soul and mind, and I will never let my fellow Veterans down.
However, I will also need your support, so please show up on Wednesday and stand up for all of America’s Veterans.
