“SERVING THE RODENT KING”

By Gordon Duff STAFF WRITER/Senior Editor

When we hear complaints about American’s losing their liberty or control of their government, has anyone noticed that the complaints are always financed by the people who control the government?  In fact, those who spend the most effort talking liberty and freedom are little but hapless shills for the foreign interests and powerful corporations that send America’s powerful military around the world as their private plaything.

Decades ago, we got involved in wars around the world to stop communism, or so we told ourselves.  Vietnam proved us wrong, incredibly wrong.  Now we pretend to fight terrorism, terrorism brought to our shores only because our greedy masters, the foreign lobbies, the oil companies, need to control resources in areas with century’s old conflicts, conflicts we were never involved in except for the profit.  Who profits from our wars?  For over a century, with few exceptions, the very very few have reaped billions while using our power for their profit and our military as the private enforcers of their gangster empire.  Even Smedley Butler, the Marine general who declared, “I was a gangster for Wall Street” would be sickened.

Why do terrorists attack the US?  Is it all about our defense of Israel, one of the most powerful nations on earth?  Is it maybe because America is occupying the Middle East at the behest of, not only Israel and their financial, not security, interests, but the multinational corporations that, thru the legalized bribery of our sham election laws, own our government and control our electoral system.

Is it simply because war is a profitable business that pours its money back into the pockets of our military leaders?  How many members of congress could stay in office if Israel and the defense lobby wanted them out?

Our invasion of Iraq was a criminal act.  We had no right to invade.  The reasons we gave were lies, we knew they were lies.  If the reasons we gave were lies, then what were the real reasons?  Could it have been to pay billions to Blackwater, Dyncorp, Halliburton and dozens of other companies sat hand in hand with the Bush Administration and planned a war, any war, as a way of pushing up profits?

We didn’t learn the lesson of Enron, the crooked energy company that Cheney chose to make our national energy policy, until it collapsed from corruption and its leaders were convicted, but not the politicans they bought.  They still run free.

We all cheered as our planes blew up installation after installation in Iraq, blowing up concentrations of troops we now know were mostly innocent draftees whose only crime was to serve an idiot dictator very much like their counterparts in the Bush administration.

Now we tell ourselves that invading Iraq was ok because we had to free the people from oppression.  Of course we may have killed over a million of those people in the process.  Was this legal?  No.  Was it right?  No.  Are we making childish excuses for an invasion for profit?  Of course.

Can any honorable or sane human being use the term “patriotism” and “Iraq” in the same context?  No.  Is it done continually?  Yes.  Why?  “Patriotism” is a nice cover for murder and theft.

Turn on any TV or radio or open your email.  You will be told that America is now enslaved, socialist, a police state.  Who is telling us this?  Why would the people who control our government, the ones who are always found to be the source of the email, the money behind the politician, the secret payoff behind the braying cigar chomping or tearful pundit or ranting preacher, complain about the government they bought long ago?

Is it so vital that Americans mistrust and despise each other?  Of course it is.  If the stupid stopped, we might turn on the rats instead of ourselves.  That would not be allowed.

How many times did we hear Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld lie to us or hide behind “supporting the troops” or the words “soft of terrorism” when justifying the attack on Iraq, a country with no terrorists, no weapons of mass destuction, a country that, in fact, was no threat whatsoever to the United States?

It was all about money, same as Afghanistan, same as everything else we do.  Without our masters, our rulers, our dictators making up phony news and scary stories, always lies, we wouldn’t be in continual wars against people we know nothing of, fighting for things we don’t understand and never will.

It is always about money.  The rats and their money, always them, all you have to do is look.

Thus, when the lies about 9/11 began to come to light a few things came to mind.  Maybe there were 20 terrorists.  Maybe there weren’t.  Maybe our entire government went to sleep on the exact same day terrorist chose to attack, maybe they didn’t.  We will never know.  Would 9/11 have happened without the rats?

We do know this, everything since that day has been a lie and the blood of our children and the hundreds of thousands around the world who have died with them have had only one purpose, to pour money into the hands of the rats.

The end result of this is even worse than any of us imagined.  Not only has America suffered financial collapse because of running a massively corrupt war, we have lost any remote claim to national honor.  Honor means nothing to rats.  Rats love standing next to warriors.  Rats love giving medals.  Rats love parades.  Rats love flags.  Rats love seeing people afraid.  Our rats have learned to feed even off the living.  Fear, division, hate and lies makes this possible.

Is there really a world full of terrorists or do we have as secret government that orchestrates false flag terror attacks? Are our endless terror alerts and phony news stories part of the cover for this charade?  Are we going to be seeing videos of Ghengis Khan and Hitler next, threatening us?  They have done everything else.

Thus, we continue to keep up the farce in Afghanistan, fighting for 18 months, we claim, simply because we don’t have the guts to admit we went to war because a pack of corporations took over our government and ran it thru Rumsfeld, Gonzales, Cheney and Bush, playing on America’s fears, turning us into a nation of frightened children, willing to commit any act, torture, murder, kidnapping, anything at all, as long as a pack of proven liars told us it would “make us safe.”

How many Americans who fought or our freedoms are turning over in their graves now?

The most powerful military force in the history of our planet is now taking on a pack of goat herders in one of the most remote areas of earth.  Take the gas pipelines and opium out of the equation and you might find the enthusiasm for this war among our ruling classes dwindle.

Have we given up?  We no longer seem to care what is real or unreal.  Is it really possible that our brave kids are out fighting a war for no reason whatsoever?

Vietnam.

We killed 2 million farmers to save Vietnam from a communist government we now love.  If you want to learn about rats, follow the career of John McCain and his work for Vietnam.  Consider it a study in rodents.

We killed a generation of Americans too.  Would there have been a war if it weren’t for the billions in profits it generated and the ease that Bush, Cheney and 90% of their friends had in avoiding having to fight it?

How do we compare what we do today to D Day or Iwo Jima?

You should hear what we tell our troops.  We beat them to death with feelings of guilt, promises of honor and glory.  They learn better later when we throw them on the trash heap.  The same people orchestrate both, the lying, the using up and the disposal.

What could make a government send its people to war over money?  What could lead a government to idiotic adventures knowing nothing will come of it but ruin and death?

Money.

Can we justify all of this with 9/11?  3000 Americans died, more than even Pearl Harbour.  Was our response to investigate and punish those responsible or to use 9/11 for profit?

Why would a terrorist attack be answered by self destruction, tyranny and gluttony?  There is no rational explanation for anything we have done since then.

“We have been attacked, time to deregulate financial markets and allow massive pollution.”

“We have been attacked, lets tie down our military by invading a country we know had nothing to do with it.”

“We have been attacked, why don’t we cut taxes and borrow  trillions of dollars from countries we see as potential enemies.”

“We have been attacked, why don’t we do everything possible to make every friend we have ever had afraid of us and even hate us.”

“We have been attacked, why don’t we hire 300,000 3rd world mercenaries to guard the most powerful army on earth from…..I forget.”

“We have been attacked, why don’t we stop all oversight of defense spending, and buy spoiled food, poisoned water, defective weapons and pay for billions in theft, bribes and incompetence.”

What does it take to go to prison in America?  We have millions of people in prison but, seemingly, only minor criminals.  I see the real ones on Sunday talk shows, still running free.  Are the crimes real?  Are they provable?

In most of the elections held during my lifetime, I would have voted for Al Capone, were he running.  Picture him standing next to Dick Cheney.  Which one would you prefer?
