Gaza Freedom Flotilla is an act of activists and social movements, a civil society action made necessary when governments refused their responsibilities. Now, as civil society activists, we can again take over the responsibility for holding Israel — and our own government — accountable. Together, we can let Israel know that it cannot get away with its crimes against humanity, and the U.S. that it cannot continue to enable those crimes.
