Via mal contends – The Veterans’ Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2010 would, as Washington Watch reports, “increase, effective as of December 1, 2010, the rates of compensation for veterans with service-connected disabilities and the rates of dependency and indemnity compensation for the survivors of certain disabled veterans.”

Opposition is coming from the usual suspects: The deny-delay-and-die crowd.

We need this voted on and signed by President Obama.
