From the VA:

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA)/Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Musculoskeletal Forum: Improving VA’s Disability Evaluation Criteria will obtain current medical science information that VA policy makers will use to update the Musculoskeletal System section of the VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities (38 C.F.R. Part 4).

Specifically, diagnostic code descriptors and evaluation criteria will be discussed, as well as whether or not to add or delete diagnostic codes. This forum is open to the public and includes VA & Department of Defense Staff, clinical musculoskeletal experts, and health care professionals.
