DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

                DL FMS, JV*, Frankfort, Ill., is being awarded a minimum $14,773,472 firm-fixed-price, total set-aside contract for government-owned contractor operated fuel services.  Other location of performance is Naval Air Station Meridian, Miss.  Using services are federal civilian agencies.  There were six responses to the original proposal.  The date of performance completion is Nov. 30, 2020.  The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-10-C-5046).

                Philips Medical Systems, Bothell, Wash., is being awarded a maximum $10,000,000 fixed-price with economic price adjustment, bridge contract for DIN-PACS systems, sub-subsystems and components.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  The original proposal was Web-solicited with eight responses.  The date of performance completion is June 4, 2011.  The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPM200-05-D-8303).

                Carestream Health, Inc., Rochester, N.Y., is being awarded a maximum $10,000,000 fixed-price with economic price adjustment bridge contract for DIN-PACS systems, sub-systems and components.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  The original proposal was Web-solicited with eight responses.  The date of performance completion is May 4, 2011.  The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPM200-05-D-8302).
