Corporate media consolidation is no news and an attack on your capacity to think

Recently a MSNBC host has been deleted. I found his speech, ideas, vilification of people I admire and political ideas as awful.

I am going to miss him. In America those that speak against the popular presentation of “how things” should be must continue to be a honored aspect of our national culture.

None of know why MSNBC has taken a very drastic step in removing a major talk show host. Was it for financial, political, philosophical, personal or social reasons? We the people don’t know! Perhaps we will never know. He may have been removed for reasons that are none of our business.

The man removed said next to nothing I liked or agreed with. I could only view his program for segments of time – he really upset my view of my world – couldn’t stand to not tune into his program for a few minutes at a time to: “Find out what “THEY” are up to!” Don’t know what “THEY” are up to now.

The guy removed is a vocal, opinionated type known to speak from the heart. Just the type of guy America needs.

While I am at it – there is another news channel that puts speakers on it that want some of our retirements. Really angers me – but – removing them from speaking publicly is just wrong in a free nation.

Now, speaking against the war effort and the military has a negative impact on our troops in battle and the national mission. Shutting down speech however – not among a free people.

A public propaganda station recently got rid of a man because of what he said. Come America, stop now. Who is the next American hundreds of thousands of us have sacrificed for going to be that is made shut up?

The First Amendment and its freedoms folks makes us what we are. A free people.
