KIHOMAC is a veteran owned SBA certified SDB & 8(a) company that has partnered with HireVeterans.com to bring quality Veterans into their workforce.  As a Veteran-owned company, SNVC understands the leadership, skills, and talents that Veterans bring to the workforce.

Ki Ho Kang, President of K KIHOMAC, is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.  He founded KIHOMAC, Inc. in 2003. As an Air Force officer, Kang participated in a variety of complex aerospace weapon system acquisition programs as systems engineer, flight test engineer, and program manager.  After 11 years of active duty service in the Air Force, he joined the Air Force Reserve in 2000 and currently serves as a military assistant to the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board.
Today KIHOMAC provides lifecycle support for the United States Air Force’s (USAF) premier attack aircraft, the A-10 Thunderbolt II, through contracts with the System Program Office (SPO) and the Development System Office (DSO) at Hill and Wright Patterson Air Force Bases. They also provide similar acquisition, engineering, and technical data support for the Army’s C-27J Spartan medium tactical airlift aircraft acquisition, F-16, T-38, and QF-4 sustainment programs. They also provide systems engineering and integration services to Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Department of Homeland Security, and the Intelligence Community.
There are five core values to which KIHOMAC subscribes. These values inform each and every aspect of our enterprise:
Take care of the customer. The satisfaction of the customer is our highest priority. We aim to deliver the best services tailored to each of our customers’ distinct needs. We are equipped to adapt and respond effectively to the ever changing needs of the government.
Do the right thing, always. Our commitment to integrity is the bedrock of our company. High ethical standards are embedded into the fabric of KIHOMAC’s corporate culture. As individuals and as a company, we conduct ourselves with class.
Maintain a workplace of mutual respect. We are committed to foster a workplace community in which our employees treat each other with dignity and respect. We aim to establish a community where active mentoring and learning can flourish.
Strive to be the best. We take on big challenges with the confidence that, with our values and our people, we will achieve mission success. We strive to set the standard for excellence for the industry. We take great pride in providing System Acquisition Excellence.
Have fun! Our employees are passionate about what they do, and they enjoy making a difference, and frankly, we think it shows.
Although KIHOMAC is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, they are hiring for various avionics positions throughout the United States, supported by their presence in Texas, Nevada, Ohio, Georgia, Utah, Arkansas, and Alabama.
KIHOMAC understands that the key to their success is your success. They are committed to finding, developing, and retaining a diverse pool of talented Veterans who believe quality does matter.
