DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Forest Products Distributors*, Rapid City, S.D.; Pelican Lumber and Export, Inc.*, Lake Charles, La. (SPM8E6-12-D-0002); and S&S Forest Products*, Boerne, Texas (SPM8E6-12-D-0003), were each awarded a firm-fixed-price, total set-aside, tailored logistics support contract with a maximum $125,000,000 to provide items under the general category of wood products.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  There were seven responses to the Web solicitation.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 Defense Working Capital Funds.  The date of performance completion is Jan. 16, 2014.  The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPM8E6-12-D-0001).

NAVY

TCOM, L.P.*, Columbia, Md., is being awarded a $12,204,993 firm-fixed-price order against General Services Administration Schedule GS-07F-9173S for the procurement of three 28M aerostat systems and three site spares in support of Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems for the Army.  Work will be performed in Elizabeth City, N.C. (90 percent), and Columbia, Md. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in February 2012.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335-12-F-0015).
