River Trading Company, Ltd.*, Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum $14,720,132 for delivery of bituminous coal. Other locations of performance are in West Virginia. Using services are Army, Air Force and federal civilian agencies. There were 10 responses to the Web proposal. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012-2013 service-funded per each delivery order. The date of performance completion is May 31, 2013. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SPE600-12-D-0651).
Delta Coals, L.L.C.*, Nashville, Tenn., was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum $11,660,460 for delivery of bituminous coal. Other location of performance is in Virginia. Using services are Army and Marine Corps. There were 10 responses to the Web proposal. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012-2013 service-funded per each delivery order. The date of performance completion is May 31, 2013. The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SPE600-12-D-0652).
NAVY
Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., Pensacola, Fla., is being awarded a $63,331,119 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery requirements contract (N00019-11-D-0014) for logistics services and materials for organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance on 179 T-34, 54 T-44, and 192 T-6 aircraft based primarily at Naval Air Station (NAS) Corpus Christi, Texas; NAS Whiting Field, Fla.; and NAS Pensacola, Fla. Work will be performed in Corpus Christi, Texas (50 percent), Whiting Field, Fla. (39 percent), Pensacola, Fla. (8 percent), and various sites within the continental United States (3 percent). No funds will be obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued. Work is expected to be completed in September 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair, Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a $51,958,270 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-10-C-4308) for the USS Ramage (DDG 61) fiscal 2012 Extended Drydocking Selected Restricted Availability (EDSRA). An EDSRA includes the planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, and modifications that will update and improve the ship’s military and technical capabilities. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va., and is expected to be completed by November 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $51,958,270 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Integrated Systems, Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $31,423,996 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic order agreement (N00019-10-G-0004) for spare components of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye low rate initial production, Lots 3 and 4. Work will be performed in Syracuse, N.Y. (54 percent); El Segundo, Calif. (9.6 percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (5.1 percent); Greenlawn, N.Y. (4.4 percent); Owego, N.Y. (3.8 percent); West Chester, Ohio (3.4 percent); Woodland Hills, Calif. (3.2 percent); Irvine, Calif. (3.5 percent); Marlborough, Mass. (2.1 percent); Bayshore, N.Y. Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $13,765,096 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-09-G-0005) for non-recurring and recurring efforts to design, develop, and produce new Automatic Radar Periscope Detection and Discrimination (ARPDD) configured AN/APS 153 (V) retrofit kits in support of the MH-60R aircraft. This order includes the validation and verification effort, all integrated logistic support elements, and the technical directives required to retrofit MH-60R aircraft currently configured with the AN/APS 147 multi mode radar to the new ARPDD configured AN/APS 153 (V) retrofit kit. Kit quantities include eight A-kits; four SEED B-kits; two STD B-kits; two Val/Ver A-kits; and five Antenna Array B-kits. Work will be performed in Farmingdale, N.Y. (70 percent); Owego, N.Y. (29 percent); and various locations throughout the United States (1 percent). Work is expected to be completed in April 2015. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Guam Pacific International, L.L.C.*, Tamuning, Guam, is being awarded $10,172,938 for firm-fixed-price task order 0006 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40192-10-D-2800) for design and construction of a combat communications transmission system facility, and a combat communications combat support facility in the Pacific Air Force Regional Training Center at Andersen Air Force Base. The combat communications transmission systems facility will house the transmission systems storage area, satellite communications equipment work stations and training areas, conference/break room, communication room, electrical and mechanical room, and other supporting spaces. The combat communications combat support facility will house the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning/power pro maintenance, repair and training bay, tactical generators storage area, mobility bags storage area, automated rack area, training and data-input area, conference/break room, communication room, electrical and mechanical room, and other supporting spaces. Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam, and is expected to be completed by November 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Six proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.
Pacific West Builders*, National City, Calif., is being awarded $9,490,730 firm-fixed-price task order 0003 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40192-10-D-2810) for design and construction of the Red Horse cantonment operations facility at Andersen Air Force Base, to include excavation, trenching, backfill, grading, reinforced concrete foundations, concrete slabs, concrete/masonry walls, vehicle entry door, structural steel frame, and seamless metal roofing. The facility will provide available on-site cantonments, utilities, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, metal shop and carpentry work center. Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam, and is expected to be completed by October 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Five proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.
