Project Coordinator

 

Primary Responsibilities:
·         Supports the CIO and Core Bank System Conversion Program Manager as directed
·         Coordinates and performs program related activities including but not limited to:
·         Creating presentations
·         Reviewing and updating documentation and reports
·         Creating status reports
·         Creating and or updating diagrams and spreadsheets
·         Scheduling meetings
·         Scheduling and coordinating events
·         Creating meeting minutes
 ·         Responsible for assigned reporting, document management , and coordination with other departments and vendor partners for obtaining reports, documentation as well as other information required during the course of the program
·         Maintaining the program documentation library
·         Interface with all levels of Bank personnel and vendor partner personnel

 

Required Skills and Experience:
·         4+ years experience interfacing with Management and subordinate personnel
·         Experience working in Information Technology departments is desirable
·         Experience interfacing on multiple levels with various business units
·         Excellent people skills and the ability to influence desired outcomes
·         Excellent Coordination skills and professional approach
·         Excellent time management and organizations skills and behaviors
·         Professional written communications and the demonstrated ability to create concise documents, emails, and presentations
·         Positive, energetic attitude
·         Proficiency with MS Office and basic Visio skills
·         Education: 2 year degree preferred or equivalent, verifiable experience.
