The Strange Case of Dr. Aafia

In a surprise announcement, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui will be returned to Pakistan in what is called a “prisoner swap.”  Dr. Aafia had been kidnapped and tortured in the infamous Bagram CIA prison for years before being spirited to the United States.
There she was tried and convicted in a travesty of immeasurable proportions.
WHY ALAN DERSHOWITZ DIDN’T HELP
Dr. Aafia is neither Jewish nor wealthy.  In fact, she was specifically targeted by groups supported by Dershowitz.
Thus, it is strange, that a legal ploy invented by Dershowitz will, not only prove her innocence, but indict the US for war crimes and clearly demonstrate the role of Zionism in Bush era war crimes, crimes that have continued into the Obama administration.
In a strange turn of events, I am reminded of Dr. Alan Dershowitz, whose “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit” defense of O J Simpson led to an acquittal.  (Johnny Cochrane was only Dershowitz’s puppet)
Dershowitz is now calling for the arrest of prosecutors who ordered the arrest of “pretend policeman,” George Zimmerman, the young Jewish son of a powerful Washington judge who killed an unarmed Trayvon Martin in the third most publicized legal travesty of our time, the other being his defense of Claus von Bulow.
Dershowitz was silent on the Siddiqui case, but we will demonstrate, beyond any reasonable doubt, how, using his logic, perhaps a less twisted and perverted version, proves Dr. Aafia innocent.
However, we will begin with the background and why the persecution of Dr. Aafia became so important to the Zionist community, the neocons and the rabid White House gang of perverts and malcontents surrounding President Bush (43.)
BACKGROUND
Why has it taken President Obama this long to redress another American war crime?
There is a long and very hidden story here, a story that hold the real reason the United States would release what Israeli Judge Berman called “one of the worst terrorists in the history of the world,” and this is what he said before he heard the first word of what turned out to be, not just flimsy evidence but pure fabrication and lies.
VETERANS TODAY AND DR. AAFIA
I have been involved in this case on a personal basis for years.  To get the truth about this case, I interviewed:

• Pakistani political leader and friend, Imran Khan,
• General Hamid Gul, former Director General of Pakistan’s ISI,
• General Ahmad Surja Pasha, current Director General of Pakistan’s ISI,
• General Aslem Beg, former Chief of Staff, Army of Pakistan,
• Admiral Iftikhar Ahmed Sirohey, former Chairman, JCOS, Pakistan and at least a dozen other political, military and intelligence figures.

In Afghanistan, I interviewed a number of people whose names are best not revealed.
The same goes for those interviewed in the US including but not limited to White House and Pentagon intelligence and counter-terrorism officials, “retired” CIA officials and, through channels, General Colin Powell, former Chairman, JCOS.
All agreed on one thing, the case against Dr. Aafia was fabricated by the Bush regime and CIA and her prosecution was orchestrated by Israeli intelligence.  The Musharraf regime in Pakistan assisted every step of the way.
I carried a letter to Powell from his counterpart in Pakistan asking for the release of Dr. Aafia. (Powell never responded)
KANGAROO COURT
In 2008, Dr. Aafia was charged with assaulting a CIA interrogation (kidnapping and torture) squad in Bagram prison where she had been taken, raped and tortured for five years leaving her confined to a wheel chair, was indicted as a terrorist.
In 2010, a jury made up of largely Israeli citizens convicted Dr. Aafia.  She was prosecuted by an Israeli and sentenced to 86 years in prison by Judge Berman, an Israeli citizen.
WIKIPEDIA
The Wikipedia account of her arrest and trial is, as with any controversial subject or individual covered by Wikipedia, a fabrication of Israel’s intelligence services.  They control Wikipedia and use it to provide cover for war crimes, smear campaigns and as cover for espionage operations.
We are told by highly reliable sources that Wikipedia surrendered control of its organization based on a serious of terrorist threats.
Many Wikipedia “editors” are, in fact, terrorists, spies or highly disturbed persons who have turned an otherwise wonderful asset into a sewer.
THE TRUTH, HOW IT BEGAN
Dr. Aafia was chosen at random based on orders given to the CIA by Irving Lowenstein, an Israeli citizen, son of an investment banker, acting as National Security Advisor to President Bush (43)  Lowenstein, or “Libby” as he calls himself, was later convicted of five felonies but was released when his sentence was commuted.
“Libby,” acting on orders of Vice President Dick Cheney was told to provide “warm bodies” to be kidnapped, tortured and later convicted in order to promote President Bush’s imaginary scenario of “yellowcake” uranium being smuggled into Iraq.
Libby’s convictions were based on the obliteration of the CIA’s anti-proliferation division that had supplied information debunking the Bush theory to Wilson, husband of Valerie Plame.
The exposure and destruction of the CIA’s anti-proliferation division, according to White House sources near the president, was actually ordered by President Bush and Vice President Cheney in consultation with Karl Rove.
Their goal was to eliminate any and all access to critical intelligence by Democratic leaders in the congress even if it meant destroying intelligence assets and sacrificing the lives of CIA agents and their contacts.
This is how the government continues to talk about Iran’s nuclear program.  All congressional briefings on nuclear proliferation are “outsourced” to private contractors owned by GOP officials who no longer brief even the Democratic heads of key senate committees.
We are told even Republican Senator John McCain has been taken off the high level briefing risk as he has shown too much independence.
CIA HIRES KIDNAP GANG IN PAKISTAN
In 1999, General Musharraf seized power in Pakistan, almost simultaneous with the planned coup against the US government a year later.
After 9/11, Musharraf declared war on Islamic fundamentalism and began accepting wide financial support from Jewish organizations within the US
Within days, General Hamid Gul, ISI chief during the critical Afghan conflict against the Soviets, had declared 9/11 a move against the US government by extremist elements.
Weeks later, confirmed by official CIA sources, Osama bin Laden in his last proven press statement backed Gul’s statement and said that 9/11 was a false flag attack orchestrated by groups within the US.
In order to gain favor with the Bush regime, which had seized power in the US as he had in Pakistan, Musharraf tasked rogue units of the ISI with kidnapping innocent civilians and selling them, at $55,000 apiece, to the CIA to be imprisoned and tortured.
Vice President Cheney had put out a  request for “warm bodies,” taxi drivers, school children, farmers, anyone that could be imprisoned or tortured, anyone that would bolster the numbers given to the press, hungry for news that the “evildoers of 9/11” were being brought to justice.
In that process, Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, wife of a Boston anesthesiologist, was kidnapped from the streets of Karachi, Pakistan along with her three children.
Witnesses to the kidnapping claim her baby, Suleman, was stomped to death on the street before her CIA kidnappers threw her into one of their three Chevrolet “Denali” vehicles, the exact same vehicles described by the Delta Force as Osama bin Laden’s “escape vehicles,” the only vehicles of that type in the region.
The fate of Dr. Aafia’s other children is less than clear.  One was said to have been delivered to the family home in Pakistan with a message tied to her neck.  No one has been able to verify if this is Miriam, who would have been held prisoner, as a small child, by the United States Air Force for 7 years.
Dr. Aafia fared little better imprisoned on a military base in the US where she has been continually abused and tortured, requiring hospitalization, in itself often more a danger than no medical care at all.
Thus far, we are assured at least two children were murdered, one probably by CIA hired kidnappers, one by US Air Force or CIA personnel in Afghanistan and the third is unclear.
BAGRAM
Siddiqui was then sent to Bagram Air Force Base, where, under the authority of Air Force commanders, the FBI, US Navy SEALS and US Army Special Forces, the then “White Lady of Bagram” was raped and tortured until her crippled and broken 87 pound body was shipped to the United States for a secret tribunal overseen by Israeli intelligence services from their vast headquarters in New York City.
Aafia is one of the few prisoners to escape Bagram.  American forces, working closely with drug enforcers from the hated Northern Alliance, regularly tortured and killed kidnap victims, usually Pashtun farmers but often prisoners taken off the streets of Italy, Germany, Britain, Canada, Australia, Austria and even the United States.
Witness accounts tell of prisoners being dragged behind Humvees until so much of their body was ripped away by the stones and gravel that the remainder could be shoveled into a plastic trash bag and thrown into a burn pit.
DEAD SEALS PROVE BIN LADEN CAPTURE A MYTH
None received the mystical “burial at sea” supposedly supplied bin Laden.  In a highly classified intelligence briefing by Pakistan’s ISPR authorized by Major General Athar Abbas, Osama bin Laden’s death in 2001 was confirmed.  Author Jeff Gates attended that briefing with me.
The murder of so many Navy Seals, killed to cover this up, should have been unnecessary.
AAFIA’S ALLEGED CRIME
This is what we were told by associates in the FBI and US military who spoke with witnesses at the Aafia trial:
“Aafia was brought into an interrogation room at Bagram.  She was in a wheel chair and ‘semi-responsive.’  Two senior FBI interrogators were there, two Navy SEALS, one US Army Special Forces intelligence officer and a translator.
Two US Air Force commandos, armed with M 4 carbines with 30 round magazines, were assigned as guards.
Aafia suddenly and surprisingly leapt to her feet, knocked both FBI interrogators to the ground, subdued one of the Navy SEALS with a karate blow, hit the other with a spinning back kick, ripped one of the carbines from the terrified Air Force commando but was prevented from taking over the facility by the brave Afghan interpreter who picked up the second carbine, dropped by the Air Force commando who fled the room screaming.
The interpreter then shot Dr. Siddiqui in the abdomen.”
As Jim W. Dean so often says, “you can’t make things like this up.”
SLAM DUNK
The story, cleaned up, rewritten, rehearsed and “re-fictionalized,” was presented to a rigged jury in a “kangaroo court” in New York.
Now for the “Dershowitz factor:”
The prosecution stated that Dr. Aafia was shot by her “translator.”
Dr. Aafia Siddiqui has a Doctorate of Microbiology degree from the MIT, one of the most prestigious universities in the world.
Dr. Aafia lectured there for some years, in English.
Dr. Aafia has spoken English all her life.
Why was there a translator in the room?
“If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit,” in the words spoken by attorney Johnny Cochrane, words suggested by Alan Dershowitz, words that led to the acquittal of O J Simpson.
I can believe an 87 pound rape victim, tortured, crippled, could defeat Navy SEALS, pummel FBI interrogators and terrify Air Force commandos.
However, nobody can believe the “translator,” not in a real trial.
Problem is, Dr. Aafia never had a real trial.  We don’t do that in America anymore.
