• Sober colors:Take care to ensure that you choose only the sober colors when you decide to dress up for an important meeting ahead. This is because clothing that is too tantalizing will make you lose you some respect as it catches too much attention and looks unprofessional. Professional conducts asks of you to be dressed in a formal way that makes you look smart but professional and if you garner attention, it is because of some professional argument or aspect that you share with others, and not because of your dressing, so that would be a good idea to consider. 

• Hairstyle with Your Dresses:You hair must definitely be trimmed when you go to an official meeting. This is because it would be a very wrong impression on others if they see you coming in for a meeting without having had groomed your hair. Therefore, never forget to take care of your hair when you go for a meeting. Also, you do not necessarily have to shave, if you have a beard, then you should trim it well, corners and edges, to ensure that is all looks disciplined, since that is what counts. 

• Deodorant :A deodorant has the effect of making you feel very cool and comfortable, as well as others around you and therefore you should take care to spray a good amount of deodorant when you go to meet your colleagues and seniors in a professional meeting. Spraying a deodorant would make you feel confident for meeting people and would leave a favorable impression of you on them, so it is a good thing that you should do before showing up for a meeting.  

• Color of socks:When you choose which socks to wear, take care to ensure that their color matches with the color of your trousers because when you sit down and you socks show up, it can be odd to see them having a different color than that of your trousers. A contrasting color for the socks against the trousers would highlight them and that is not a very good idea. So, it is best to have the same or near the same color for socks as for your trousers on an important meeting with colleagues and seniors. 

• Informal:When you go to a meeting, make sure you do not have anything IN-formal showing up on your body. This includes any tattoos that you may have on your body; any tongue piercings or any piercings on any other part of your body because this would look very informal and therefore very inappropriate for purposes of a formal meeting that you attend.
