CACI, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, hired an impressive 409 veterans in the first full quarter of the company’s participation in the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) program, Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe announced. From July 1 to September 30, CACI led all other V3 companies, accounting for more than 25 percent of the 1,451 veterans hired by these organizations.
Veterans also make up nearly 25 percent of CACI’s current workforce, and the number continues to grow. CACI has hired a total of 1,222 veterans since January 1.
At CACI, employing veterans is a priority – not only out of respect for their continuing commitment to America’s freedoms, but because they bring exceptional talent, dedication, and good character to customer missions.
According to Chief Human Resources Officer Larry Clifton, “CACI continues to excel at veteran and disabled veteran hiring because of all the great CACI people who go above and beyond in helping transition to civilian life those who proudly defended this great nation.”
Adds fellow veteran Eric Bartch, Managing Principal, Diversity and Inclusion, “Our support for veterans by all employees sets us apart from other companies. It makes CACI a special place to work for both veterans and non-veterans alike.”
