Here I am perched on this pale blue dot in space, Earth. Our Sun, which is 4.7 billion years old, is located 26,000 light-years away from the galactic center on one of the spiral arms of our galaxy ~ the Milky Way. The Sun makes one complete orbit around the galaxy about once every 225 million years. In contrast, stars near the galactic center complete a lap in a few million years or less. Most of our galaxy is relatively uncrowded ~ the nearest star to our Sun, for example, is 4.2 light-years away. Roughly 10 million stars are known to orbit within a light-year of the galaxy’s center ~ but we are all innately joined to this immense enormity by guess what ~ our ability to love: Allen L Roland, Ph.D

2014 has been a year of service for me as a heart centered spiritual consultant and advisor particularly to young combat veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan who were taught to kill and in the process forgot their deeper need to love and cherish life.
It has been immensely satisfying and I feel totally in sync with my destiny for I am empowering others by sharing my truth from an egoless place of inner joy, gratitude and service.
This view of the twilight sky and Martian horizon, taken by NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity, includes Earth as the brightest point of light in the night sky. Earth is a little left of center in the image, and our moon is just below Earth. A human observer with normal vision, if standing on Mars, could easily see Earth and the moon as two distinct, bright “evening stars.”
Whenever I see a picture like this I am deeply humbled and I realize that my life’s purpose on this small stage in this vast cosmic arena is profoundly obvious and simple. My life’s purpose was to find, prove, live and share the truth of a Unified Field of Love and Soul Consciousness that exists not only beyond time and space but also beneath our deepest fears.
I actually have an early deep almost primordial memory of being part of a vast cosmic dimension which was seemingly beyond comprehension. It may have been a womb memory but the feeling was that I was part of something beyond vast and incomprehensible ~ somewhat similar to what you may be feeling now when you see this picture of Earth from Mars.
As Sagan said ~ “To my mind, there is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly and compassionately with one another and to preserve and cherish that pale blue dot, the only home we’ve ever known.”
8 STAGES OF EGO DEATH AND SOUL RETRIEVAL
For almost 40 years I have been demonstrating that there is no true healing without love and that the very act of surrendering to love is the first step towards inner transformation.
You don’t need to see a therapist to understand this phenomenon, you don’t need to attend a workshop to see this magic in action ~ all you need to do is see and understand your life as a quest, versus a struggle, to realize that not only are we all loved but that we are all part of a loving plan in action and gratefulness is the key to this magic kingdom ~ God only reveals itself to a grateful heart.
In my work as a heart centered transformation consultant and advisor, I rapidly point out the people who have loved you in your life (grandparents, parents, siblings and others) on a life chart and ask you a simple question ~ have you thanked them?
In my experience, most people have only thanked about 10 to 20% of the people who have truly touched and loved them in their lives ~ usually because of issues of unworthiness as well as shame based guilt.
Their homework is to start thanking them and telling them why they were a gift in their lives. For active duty veterans, this can include their buddies and comrades, for veterans form life-time loving bonds with the people they have faced life threatening situations with.
Once they start thanking people, their hearts begin to open and they start seeing through different eyes ~ eyes unclouded with unworthiness, shame and guilt.
As a transformation consultant, my job as their coach and mentor, is to help them go through their fears by using gratefulness as their heart centered tool of choice. Once they have thanked these people, they share their life chart with those people closest to them in the same spirit of gratefulness and now joy.
It would appear that the pain of not feeling loved for oneself and being seemingly separated from our original state of soul consciousness and the Unified Field is of such deep psychic proportions that, early in childhood, processes are triggered in the hypothalamus which result in a left brain imbalance and dominance as well as the denial, mistrust and forgetting of our connection to the Unified Field and the love and joy and a state of soul consciousness deepest within us. It is from this dark tunnel of pain, aloneness, despair and apparent death that the ego and ego consciousness is born – for survival and protection purposes only.
As such, death or the idea of death, is an illusion measured by the limits of our consciousness. Think of the ego as a protective cocoon that is eventually meant to be shed.
The Unified Field can be visualized as a grid of great luminosity joining all living beings within its energy field of love. The words of Longfellow would seem appropriate in describing this all-encompassing field or grid: “The thread of all sustaining beauty that runs through all and doth all unite.”
This is why most people are not afraid of their pain, most people are living in pain ~ what most people are afraid of is their deeper joy because they feel it will eventually be taken away or lost ~ as it seemingly was as a child or in relationship.
Once my clients sense that beneath their deepest pain and fear is joy, intention and purpose ~ their ego is no longer needed for protection and begins to slowly unravel as celebration and service become more important for survival.
The 8 steps of ego death and Soul retrieval are ;
Denial (Everything is fine, there is nothing missing in my life ~ I’m in full control of everything )
Anger ( I can’t stay in control and manipulate things any more ~ it’s not working and making me mad )
Bargaining ( I’ll hang onto something so I won’t get out of control and have to deal with the unknown and all those scary feelings deep inside me )
Depression ( Why am I feeling so sad, and it seems to go so deep. If only I could get out of this pit of despair )
Acceptance and Connection ( I’m feeling sad and there is nothing I can do about it but it feels so familiar like I’ve been here before as a young child or in relationship and it won’t go away )
Surrender ( I’m letting go to the pain by embracing the deep hurt and not being a victim )
Celebration ( Why am I laughing and crying at the same time ~ what is this deep joy and excitement beneath the sadness and it doesn’t have anything to do with someone else. It’s me!
I’m finally trusting my deepest feelings and a growing sense that everything is going to be all right.
and Service ( There’s something I’m supposed to be doing on this planet and it has nothing to do with making money but instead making a difference )
Quite simply, I meet and touch them, as their mentor or consultant, at the celebration and service stage and rapidly help them accept and connect their pain (through the life chart) and eventually guide them to surrender, celebration and service ~ always using gratefulness as well as forgiveness, as the primary tools.
It happens very rapidly because they sense the truth that I know and they are, in essence, healing themselves
I have personally demonstrated that a Unified Field of love, joy and soul consciousness exists beneath our deepest pain and fears and I have guided hundreds including combat veterans, who were taught to kill, to this same place of gratitude, self-forgiveness, joy and love deepest within themselves. A soul based revolution is happening today throughout the world ~ a spiritual conspiracy against the status quo and a world seemingly devoid of spiritual meaning.
It cannot be stopped because it is tapping into our individual DNA and the real reason we are here on Planet Earth ~ to bear the universal beams of love and help the planet evolve.

Think of heart centered thought versus ego centered thought ~ just as thought influences reality, reality can also influence thought, which can in turn influence reality again (THOUGHT — REALITY — THOUGHT). For positive people, this cycle reinforces the good things in their lives – when the good they have thought about comes true, they feel happy, validated and encouraged to keep thinking positively, and thus, manifesting more good things in their lives. Allen – there are still many, often intelligent people, who have been tricked into believing that they are merely matter charged with energy – headed for oblivion – in a fluke of nature. The modern educational system now promotes this sad theory as FACT in schools and colleges – attacking any that dissent the official line. This subversion attack was a deliberate THEFT of young people’s spirituality, future happiness and fulfillment – and has led to thousands of suicides of youngsters – who see only a future of misery, pain and inevitable, squalid death as they ‘complete their life-cycle’.
When the subversive traitor Tony Blair tricked his way into Prime Ministerial office in Britain – he changed the national society such that the guidance of past generations – avoiding the Seven Deadly Sins – instead became compulsory. This has harmed so many young people leaving them distressed, rudderless and afraid.

Nice hopeful article. It is good to remember that indeed each individual turning to love makes a huge impact in reversing the evil in our world. Jonas A. linked a Bro Nate video in his recent article, “Celebrating Christmas or Hanukkah in Government Buildings?” It makes this point while addressing the ruthless control of our times as he sees it. Bro Nate says, we resist “man by man, woman by woman, child by child”. You can generalize evil or make it specific as Nate does. The solution is the same-Brotherly/Sisterly love-done one by one.

Mr. Roland: What touches me is a ASPCA commercial showing the cruelty certain ignorant humans inflict on them. Dion signing Abraham, Martin, and John; John Lennon’s “Happy Christmas.” Iwill find some hope when someone holds the Bush family accountable and both Clinton’s as well as all Bush’s are water tortured until they spill their guts about their ruination of this country. 1963 Mr. Roland. 1963. He was my buddy. A good man-an eloquent, intelligent, respectful man who defended the people and tried to give us back our country. Today even my own pompous government hierarchy avoids the issue.

What I have learned through years (I am now 71 years “young”) of deeply caring about others who are suffering as a RN is to “practice the presence of peace within”…no matter what darkness is afflicting the outer world. I want to emphasize the word “practice”, since there are occasions we all feel grief, even despair. Yes love is the greatest, for in it we have compassion, mercy, kindness, patience and the such, love in all its colors is a rainbow in the sky, knowing a loving God awaits them in perfect love!
Too many people dies this year at the hands of police, and very few Americans really care about any of them. Millions of lives are being kept broke, children abused by sickos, and sacrificed by elites. Too much rape going unpunished. Life sentences should be automatic if convicted. Too much of OUR money being wasted, or spent overseas. Too many people coming to this country we know nothing about in a time when so much danger and diseases, we are told, are out there just waiting to bite us in our tushes, and make us sick. Too many failures in public office, too many lies being allowed to be told and acted upon while the billing is given to “We the people..” My fellow citizens are taking a plundering and I am not happy, in sync, or with positive attitude until the crooks are bound and gagged and we can get them in a court of law that is not merely a dog and pony act. Too many need and deserve lengthy prison terms, but, instead they live freely off my tax dollar and held up as heroes and patriots. NO! I am not happy or in sync. Frankly, my karma is in disarray and spirit is pissed off. Sorry. Happy New Year!
I am old and tired physically. I have become well aware of my failures in life, and my squandered youth. I have never recovered from the assassination of my president. I am disgusted with the lack of pursuit of the ones who conspired. I hate Lyndon Johnson for allowing the slaughter of a president to take place so he can avoid paying the price his past transgressions and heading to prison.
Me, and other Americans have been taken to the cleaners by people we trusted. They’ve forgotten us. They know we cannot come together on much on anything and thus have no collective mind in order to stop them and subdue their intentions. They steal our elections, take bribes from corporations, overtax us, undercut us, and over bill us. They give us substandard dishonest service. I am not happy, not in sync and realized I am not much of anything. I feel for other Americans, our soldiers, our children, our our hungry, our homeless, and our downtrodden. Justice needs to be served tot hose who have announced the now, sent jobs overseas, claimed wars on lies, organized hoaxes and took millions in as personal profit. I am not happy about a young man facing a death sentence being accused of bombing Boston when concrete proof shows he had nothing to do with it. When black-jacketed thugs with khaki pants placed those in their own backpacks. I am bothered by that for he is someone’s son, brother, cousin, one of us innocent being accused of something others did.
