Scott Losey, director of Veterans Affairs for Calhoun County, Michigan (Battle Creek/Hastings) has, according to these emails and more than several news stories, been shaking down vets for years.

Here in Toledo, Ohio, this has been going on for years, reported to every imaginable agency and news organization.  I have personally reviewed the books with the county auditor.  It is a nightmare.

This is going on around the country, fueled by the “old boys gang” at organizations like the American Legion.  Read about our boy Scott.
