The Indiana Blues

Yesterday, a cop in South Carolina killed a “negro driving a Mercedes with a broken tail light.”  Where have we heard that one before?  It was about a week ago, driving to Walmart; “Gordon, slow down and change lanes, a cop is killing a negro with a broken tail light.”

“Carol, another Mercedes?”

“No, this one’s in a Lexus, must be a slow night.”

Is it right to joke about these things?  One of America’s most common criminals acts is “DWB.” (driving while black)  A word or two about this before going on to Indiana, a more painful problem in some ways.  This is the video of today’s police killing.  Don’t worry, we will have another one soon.
This is the eight minute version, a bit more detailed than the shorter ones.  The video itself isn’t slam dunk proof of murder, not until we see the cop drop what looks to be his stun gun or a weapon of some other kind next to the shooting victim.

By Supreme Court standards, this is a bad shooting.  Normally, police would be suspended with pay for up to a week for such a killing.  Things have changed.

Let’s look at a few issues here.  The two officers signed statements that they administered CPR to the victim.  We see the accused murderer putting handcuffs on and speaking to the victim.  If he wasn’t talking to a dead man, failure to administer aid and call for medical assistance in a timely way is also a crime.

When these officers and paramedics falsely confirmed that CPR had been administered we have multiple cases of conspiracy to commit aggravated homicide after the fact.

When the weapon was dropped, seen by the second officer we went even further, both officers potentially guilty of perjury, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to commit murder, murder and public corruption.

All officers involved are subject to the death penalty just the same as the driver of a get-away car at a bank robbery is executed if a teller is murdered.

You see, failure to administer aid, based on our observation of a living victim, is an indication that the crime of planting evidence was done prior to death.  As failure to administer aid is both proof of intent, and in itself an aggravating circumstance, when added to the planting of evidence, this becomes a capital crime.

Here is what we also know:  This is a commonplace occurrence in the United States.  Were the victim to have survived, he would have been sentenced to 20 years in prison for “failure to die during a murder attempt by a group of uniform wearing gangsters.”

There are issues of police abuse of authority in one of three criminal cases in the US.  As the United States has more people in prison that the rest of the world combined and there is more than minor evidence that the Israeli trained and militarized American police are among the most corrupt on earth, it is not possible that we are locking up the wrong criminals?

The real contributing factor is this:  Racism has been an inherent part of American society since before there was an America.  America’s two primary political parties, for those with courage to admit it, have only one real division.  “Conservative” is another term for people who hate “Negroes.”

“Red States” are not only predominantly white but also predominately undereducated, notoriously extremist and have long been accepted as places where a “Negro” can only “fly over” but never “drive across,” not without being jailed or killed.  This is the real meaning of “fly over state.”

Racial integration in the United States was a painful process, where such a process was initiated, and took a very long time.  People had to change, those living in areas where such a process was initiated.

However, no such process was ever initiated in “Red States” or in areas where “Conservatives” dwell or “worship.”

Seeing Con-servatives” like Alex Jones attacking Americas “Negro President” because of the killings of so many “Negroes” by Jones’ fellow Conservatives is perplexing.

Indiana Wants Me, Perhaps Not

Indiana is the state I get to if I turn right and keep driving until the smell of pig shit becomes overwhelming.

Now, Indiana has decided it can pass laws that allow denial of services or hospitality to adults suspected of having engaged in homosexual activity.  Why am I laughing?

OK, this guy walks into a bar, no let’s make it a cafe, yeah, that’s the ticket, an Amish Cafe in Angola, Indiana.

“Hey, I want service!”

The perky but bovine waitress responds, a twinkle in her one good eye, “You look like a queer, we don’t have to serve your kind here, the law says so.”

Our diner, we will call him “Bob,” just because I find that name funny, retorts, “Listen here bitch, I screw kids only, maybe have killed one or two, perhaps more, most of them were little boys, but if I read Indiana’s law correctly, you have to serve pedophiles, even murdering pedophiles, but only if they didn’t have consensual sex with an adult human.”

I think the waitress was named “Betty Sue,” there are lots of them in Indiana.  Betty Sue, showing both embarrassment and horror at her mistake turns to Bob, “Sorry, here’s you menu.”

Bob, lowering his sunglasses, Raybans I think, slowly caught Betty Sue’s attention, “If you read the law carefully, it doesn’t say anything about rape either.  Suggest you hurry up or plan to ‘get lucky.'”

Betty Sue catches the attention of the manger as she heads toward the kitchen to post the order ticket, “Why do I feel like I am stuck in a Jack Nicholson film?”
