Strategic Communications PM/Lead –
Day to day Job Duties to be performed by this candidate:
Oversee the delivery of requirements
Coordinate day-day staff and SME staff in support of customer and the requirements
Lead a Center of Excellence for Strategic Communications
Manage c-level clients who require delivery of stated requirements
Technical Writer –
Summary of duties:
Assist with the preparation of briefings;
Support organizational initiatives by formatting and editing of executive and division level documentation;
Provide graphics (print and web) support for briefings, documents, plans, and other communication needs;
Coordinate responses to taskers (assignments), data requests, and queries from both internal and external queries;
Ability to create and manage Excel spreadsheets and to populate and manage data from a variety of sources;
Working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify changes to existing technical documents and make updates as needed;
Edits existing and new documentation to assure accuracy, clarity, and conformance to the latest standards and guidelines;
Assist in the execution of processes that streamline business operations processes across the division;
Develop and maintain action item tracker for taskers;
Manage calendar, including meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of all meeting logistics;
Prepare written documents such as agendas, reports, and other meeting materials;
Must be able to work with minimal supervision while exercising good judgement; and
Demonstrate flexibility and agility to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
IT Security Project Manager (BAIV) –
Required Skills:
Must be PMP and CISSP Certified
Minimum 5 years IT security experience in the Federal sector
Ability to manage IT Security implementation projects independently and collaboratively in group settings
Working knowledge of cloud based architectures
Working knowledge of HSPD-12 implementations
Working knowledge of ArcSight, Nessus, ECMO and other enterprise tools
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent writing and documentation management skills
Ability to communicate professionally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working across programs/departments in a large organization
