Welder/Fabricator – Janis Research is seeking a heliarc welder with at least 5-10 years experience welding thin gauge stainless steel (0.20-0.030”) and aluminum (0.050”); silver and soft-soldering brass, copper and stainless steel.
CAD Documentation Control Administrator – Janis Research is seeking an experienced CAD Documentation Control Administrator for the Engineering/Design/Drafting departments. The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree &/or 5 years of SolidWorks Workgroup PDM/Enterprise PDM administration.  The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the current SolidWorks Workgroup PDM vault, 2D/3D CAD Library, creation of engineering documentation standards, ECR’s/ECO’s  and BOM’s in Macola ERP system.
Director of Manufacturing Operations – Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, production, and test, that ensures on-time delivery of products and services that meet the highest quality standards and established financial goals. Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to maximize the growth of employees and optimize the output of manufacturing operations, involving the machining, welding, assembly and test of complex laboratory cryogenic equipment.  Work with a highly customized product mix, demanding technical specifications, challenging schedules and in a dynamic environment producing world class cryogenic laboratory equipment products.

Mechanical Inspector/Machine Shop Support –
–
Required Skills:
5+ years inspecting machined parts in a custom machine shop setting.
Strong blueprint reading skills
Proficient in the use of all standard measuring tools.
Micrometers
Calipers
Height gages
Romer Arm CMM experience (PC-DMIS software) is highly desirable.
Set-up and operate standard machine shop machine equipment.
Manual Lathes, band saws, and chop saws.
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Desired Background:
Technical trade school diploma.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Macola ERP System.
