Bookkeeper/Receptionist –
Job Description: The Bookkeeper/Receptionist is primarily responsible for interacting with customers and providing them with superior customer service. Below is a partial list of duties that one could expect to perform on a typical shift: * Greeting customers * Assist customers with their needs * Answer phone calls and provide them with information * Billing * Invoicing * Handling of Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper/Receptionists must be proficient with windows based systems. Billing experience is preferred. Also, as a Bookkeeper/Receptionist, you must maintain a professional image at all times, so we do not allow full beards, body piercing, or tongue posts. Tasteful tattoos are allowed, and gentlemen may have a single visible earring. Hair must be neatly groomed and of a natural color; no radical dyes or hair styles will be allowed (gentlemen must have their hair up off of the collar.) If hired for this position, you must provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States, be willing to undergo a credit, criminal background, and employment reference check, and be at least 16 years of age. Physical Demands: * Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear * Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands * Vision requirements: Close vision, distance vision. Must be able to focus quickly between a computer screen to paper and back again regularly.

Barista –
Job Description: Expected to perform outstanding Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee. -Prepare quality products including coffee and non coffee beverages with the use of an espresso machine, blenders and other equipment assisting in beverage preparation. -Baristas will also be expected to perform basic housekeeping duties, and learn basic cash handling, POS and Computer skills. Baristas are expected to perform outstanding Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee.
