A Phoenix non-profit created the new website, theveteransdirectory.org, which provides resources and connections to community services and programs for veterans and veteran families. The site also serves as a platform for veteran-owned businesses and companies supporting veterans to reach potential clients.
The transition from civilian to military life can be challenging, and the site aims to make the transition easier for Arizona’s 500,000-plus veterans. It provides information about jobs and classes, financial, legal, real estate, community service and health resources, events and opportunities.
