Yes, but you will need the necessary equity in your home to do so. The maximum the VA Home Loan can go is up to 90% of your appraised value.  So if your current Conventional Home Loan is over 90% on its Loan to Value (LTV) then you would not be able to transfer it into a VA Home Loan.
