Congress Investigated for Anti-American Activities

I have personally taken up Michelle Bachmann’s challenge of having the news media take a strong look at each member of Congress to investigate them to find out if they are Anti-American.  I think she requested us to do an "expose".

To make sure I did the investigation correctly, I consulted with the corpse of Senator Joseph McCarthy.  It was a bit tough but I was able to summon his soul in a midnight meeting complete with candles and some weird Halloween music.  Hey, stop laughing, it worked.

What I found was that every single member of Congress was 100% Pro-American even Michelle Bachmann herself.   We even checked out John McCain, Barack Obama, Sarah Palin and Joseph Biden and found all them to be 100% Pro-American.  What was weird is that I found that every one had a different point of view and different visions of how to lead America and move it forward but not one was Anti-American.  Michelle, what the……..? I am upset!

I mean I was expecting to find terrorists and other Anti-Americans – ergo TRAITORS – in the government but I could not.  Yes, I was quite disappointed because Michelle Bachmann, appearing on Hardball with Chris Matthews yesterday, was so sure of it.  I naturally thought she was on to something.  Who knew?

It looks like Michelle Bachman and the rest of her tribe who are screaming Anti-American or working super hard calling Barack Obama a Muslim or Terrorist are just reaching hardcore because they have nothing else to sell us. 

Like my dad Wilbur Washington always said, “If you have no game, try a diversion and pray”.

Looks like Michelle Bachmann is praying hard tonight while the leadership in the Republican party are leading the prayer!

Look, this is sad.  Isn’t time for a return to common sense and civility?  Let’s return the U.S. back to a place where we collectively condemn such behavior.   Do we really have to turn a blind eye to bad behavior just because the bad behavior is committed by the party we belong to?  What does that say about what kind of party we are in?  Is Dale Carnegie spinning in his grave or what?

People, on all sides of the political spectrum who use hate speech or alarming charges that incite violence need to be charged with crimes against humanity.  Everyone…..condemn them all!  Red, Blue, Purple, and Yellow too!

Let’s debate the issues and pan the assassination of one other’s character when a select few get off message and try to torture us with their lack of class and civility.

So vote on November 4th and reward those whom you believe will best serve America and don’t reward those that take away from our collective civility.

And don’t forget to shake your opponents hand and wish them well as they present their case.  Have faith in your case and have faith in our country.  If your vision and ideas have merit, they will ultimately make their way to the top.   So be a great sport.  Be civil, righteous, and demonstrate in-deed that while embrace the future with class, respect, and honor.  Condemn your own party when they go profane and don’t accept this bad behavior anymore.  Be part of the solution, not the problem.

God Bless America and let’s Pray for Michelle Bachmann and wish her well in her future.  Let’s just not reward her with our vote.  That would send a message to her and others who choose to engage in such bad behavior that we respect you for being Pro-American but that you cannot join the ranks of leadership until you step up your game with respect, honor, and civility.
