HAARP is still a very secret progam. It’s extremely hard to find a lot of information on it and I wonder why. Could it be HAARP regulates volcano erruptions, earthquakes, tornado out breaks, hurracines, blizzards, unstable emotional reactions and other weird events throughout the globe.
