IMMEDIATE BAN ON FOX/MURDOCH BY PENTAGON A MUST
RUMSFELD’S “VOICE” NOW “GONE OFF THE DEEP END”

In a cartoon clearly meant to depict the murder of President Obama and designed to portray people of color as less than human, Rupert Murdock, Australian political extremist and owner of Fox News, has shown himself grossly irresponsible or worse.
Fox News and its Rumsfeld controlled sister channel, The Pentagon Channel, have been, for years, the primary news source for American troops in the field. The standard of journalism of these two institutions has always been at question. Outright lies and politically extremist views have been forced on our troops as a form of “brainwashing.”
Now, Murdock, in his New York Post, seems to be, not only advocating the murder of the president, but demeaning people of color around the world. That his voice has been the one chosen by our former GOP leaders to guide communication with our troops, a large percentage of whom are people of color, is even more disturbing.
Murdock, whose takeover of Fox required special help from GOP dealmaker Newt Ginrich, was always glad to pay his way to get what he wanted. Whether flooding the airwaves with the anti-American spewed hatred of Hannity or Bill O’Reilly or printing GOP propaganda, word for word, even with typos, Murdock has been a force against freedom.
Picked by disgraced former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Fox News still is the major voice of the Pentagon with its extremist and generally inaccurate bias filled reporting being “parroted” by other Armed Forces Network stations, even after the demise of GOP control.
The systematic political exploitation of American troops and the continual bombardment of our soldiers with lies, innuendo, propaganda and half truths at the hands of Murdock and carefully placed political operatives inside the Department of Defense has been a fraud on our government and an ethical violation by every military officer who has participated, knowingly or thru acts of omission.
Now, this seemingly inexplicable break with usual “fair and balanced” standards of entertaining but inaccurate reporting, Murdock now moves directly into areas that may open him up for criminal prosecution, were he not one of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world.Whatever the law chooses to do, its time we stopped spending our defense dollars supporting people whose beliefs are utterly disgusting to the vast majority of Americans.
Contact your Senators and Congressmen and demand an immediate ban on any more new controlled by “this person” being sent to our troops.
