The House is in session and meets at 10:00 a.m. for legislative business. Two cabinet secretaries will appear on the Hill today, including Energy Secretary Steven Chu testifying before the Energy and Water Development Subcommittee and Secretary of Education Arne Duncan appearing before the Labor, HHS, Education and Related Agencies Subcommittee. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will also testify today before the House Budget committee.
